Lome visit

It was great and a relaxing time at Sarakawa. The WIFI in the public area was a big help. The pool is wonderful. The restaurants are a bit pricy but there are lot of options close by. The hotel is also great in term of security.

TOO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IS OFFERED

I took a group of 9 people to the Mercure Sarkawa Hotel. It is terribly outdated with smelly carpeting in the hallways which were dimly lit. I asked 3 times for a second bed to be put in two rooms and never did get the beds. On top of the outrageous cost for such accommodation, we had to also pay for breakfast. This hotel needs serious upgrading. And NO I would not recommend it. Stayed at other hotels in Togo, Benin and Ghana for half the cost and 4 times nicer and included breakfast..

I will not stay there again

The hotel Murcure Sakarawa in the city of Lome country of Togo will not see me again. Flies at meal time in the restaurant. Bones in my room service(avoid the flies) club sandwich but no meat in my club sandwich. No meat in my first ham sandwich at the bar restaurant. Begged for and received meat in my second and absolute last ham sandwich at that place. Upon checkout I was presented with a bill containing false charges to the point that my bill was inflated to three times the actual charges.

Im so happy for shoosing sarakawa and i want to say thank you very much for all the staff in the hotel. I hope to come back as soon as possible.
