This is a wonderful hotel. Upon check-in, we were surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade to a suite. The room was very nice and comfortable with a view of the Waterloo train station. Another nice surprise was there was absolutely no noise coming from the train station. It's within walking distance of the London Eye, Parliament, Buckingham Palace, and so on. The fitness center was up-to-date and available when we needed it. The staff even opened it a little early when I needed the exception. I strongly recommend this hotel and can't wait to come back!

The Radisson Blu in Mercer Street is a fantastically located hotel for the West End theatres and the area around is extremely pleasant. Staff were very helpful and our superior double, although on the small side was located at the back and was lovely and quiet, there was good attention to detail and the cleanliness could not be faulted. We did eat in the restaurant attached (Scoff & Banter) which had a nice atmosphere and found the food good but not exceptional. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Bloomsbury. The hotel staff was so nice and helpful. The Concierge helped us with taxis (we could flat rate charge to our room) and arranged for us to see Abbey Road. The Front Desk was attentive and helpful. The room (a family room with a king and single) was beautiful and had plenty of room for three people. The bathroom was great with a large walk-in shower. And the room was very clean and made up nicely for us each day of our stay. The location of the hotel is so good - just down the street from the British Museum with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and souvenir shops close by. The tourist buses rolled right through by the museum so access to the sites is good too. Wonderful hotel.

Hotel staff were friendly and professional, we were able to check in early and had access to our room immediately we were allocated room 414, at the back of the hotel, comfy bed and everything you need for a weekend break, the carpet in the room is a little tired but that is my only criticism. We would have no hesitation in using the hotel again, and we are looking forward to our next visit
