We upgraded upon arrival to club room , lovely big room with adequate facilities. Bed smaller than ours at home(7ft) but very comfy. We have always stayed at the Kensington Close for years but have used Tara for the last 4 visits, found it very good. Service is excellent especially the lovely Irish gentleman who looked after us in the club lounge. I think we will probably use this hotel again even though it is a good 15 pound taxi ride to the centre. We have been toying with the idea of using a more central hotel as the extra cost would be covered by taxi fares saved. We will see. Ps we think we were overcharged in the restaurant by approx 50 pound on Friday afternoon and we forgot to use our discount voucher!! Our own fault entirely as we were very tired when we arrived. Put it down to experience!
