Posted Jul 17, 2014
Don't even look at this hotel.looks nice from the outside and that's it. Small ok if you are a pixie. Filthy inside. The street noise was terrible staff well they didn't speak. If you like this area stay next door at the mecure

Not worth the money you pay

Posted Jul 16, 2014
Pros: warm shower
Cons: staff training
I would've been better satisfied if I paid less than what I paid. I have been travelling for the last 10 years in various countries but even with knowing that London's more expensive than many other places, this was definitely overpriced hotel with staff less than helpful.

A glorified 2 star hotel

Posted Jul 15, 2014
Very, very cramped hotel room, with a uncomfortable spring mattress. Overall, don't come here unless you want a clean room with very few comforts.

Excellent location

Basic and small but comfortable, hot water, clean bed linen, good that window opened and breakfast very welcome, but shower cubicle needed properly cleaned, carpet dirty and room generally shabby. Would have been good to have a mattress protector on bed.

Location: Kensington Gardens, Royal Albert Hall, lots of stores just west of Kensington Gardens. Earl Court tube station was the easiest to go to and from.
Staff was nice, but they didn't greet you the majority of the time. If you don't have a car it'll take you about 10-15 minutes to walk from the nearest Tube station. Located on a quiet street in a nice neighborhood. Easy walking to Kensington Gardens. Room was good. Hallway carpets seemed a bit old and dirty. Don't expect too much from breakfast, it is cereal, toast, baked beans, hard boiled eggs, and tea, juice, and coffee. Get to breakfast at least 45 minutes before it ends, otherwise you might find it hard to get a seat.

Very clean

Posted Jun 23, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: A toothbrush and toothpaste should be provided
Location: Very close to sainsburys and Gloucester road underground station.
The single room was a bit small but very clean. Staff was nice enough. It doesn't smell. A small tv with freeview channels comes with the room. The bed sheets were very clean and quite comfortable. Bathroom is small but does the job and also very clean.

Convenient but small

Posted Jun 4, 2014
Pros: The location was great and the rooms were clean.
Cons: There was no place to put anything in the tiny bathroom. No free Wi-Fi
Location: Close to the tube, pubs and groceries.
London is not cheap so choosing a budget-friendly hotel can be difficult. We were extremely surprised at the small size of the room. (It made Motel 6 look luxurious) A full size bed was against the wall with a wardrobe and small 2-drawer stand. The only place to sit was on the bed.
