Affordable accommodation in LondonPosted Aug 5, 2012
Pros: The staff were friendly.
Cons: Was a little worried when we arrived as no reception, but phoned the number on the booking and we were given the access code to the building.
Location: The location is outside city centre but it is a 20 minute walk to the underground and you can get straight into city centre
If you are looking for affordable accommodation I would recommend. It is basic but has everything you need and if you are only wanting a base this is perfect. it is about a 20 minute walk from Hanger Lane station.

Town terriers on TourPosted May 29, 2012
Pros: Cafe attached, handy for breakfast,Easy access onto North Circular?M1 North.
Location: Easy to find
On arrival we had to enter via kitchen to obtain service. The room was small but ample for two of us to stay for 1 night,(watching Division 1 play off final at Wembley.)The room and facilities were clean and tidy. The location was not ideal for access to Wembley,it is a 4 mile walk or £15.00 taxi ride.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would use The Abbey Park again.

WeekendPosted May 28, 2012
Location: Not too far from Wembley.
We were not offered a dsouble bed, as a couple staying together this was dissapointing. No one was at the hotel, we had to phone up to be told the door code and had to sort ourselves out. The room was clean enough but the decor was dated.

This Place SucksPosted May 21, 2012
Location: Too far out
Are you kidding me? Let's just say that the Internet does much to talk about the look of a place. I arrived late (11:15 p.m.) and there was no staff there to check me in. With no phone since I was on an international trip, I had to yell to let someone inside to let me in. Then, a couple of Brits showed up and called the B&B number to be told that the key was inside our rooms. Bedbugs kept me company during my two nights were the "restaurant and pub" opened only for breakfast. Spend the money and go elsewhere. What a joke.

I choose to stay here because of the location to Wembley Stadium. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was great, Rooms were very clean but the beds were a bit uncomfortable. The only thing i didnt like was how hard it was to get a Taxi. Not one Taxi or Minicab near the place so we had to Bus it instead. The Bus brings you right outside Wembley after a short 10 minute journey from the B&B. Great location if your going to Wembley for a game, bad Location if you want to travel into London city centre, about 45 mins on a Train.
