Long weekend shopping and sightseeing and could not have picked a better hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff could not have been more attentive. Our every request was catered for. Our only criticism was that the room was on the small side. We had a superior double but beautiful none the less. Central location within easy reach if most attractions. Fabulous.

The experience is always superb. Have stopped here several time before. Arrived at the front desk to be given an upgrade as a VIP member. What a way to start my holiday with a good nights sleep prior to my long flight. Will definitely be stopping here again on my next trip.

I was in London for the first time and was very concerned about hotel location and comfortability. Shopping on Expidia gave me a very good rate for Novotel at Blackfrairs. The location is great: very close to Malevich and Tote Museums and from any tourist attractions located in the City of London. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was beyond my expectations. Will stay there again!!!

My wife and I had a two day stop over in England. Our general experience with hotels in England has been less than impressive so we were delighted at the Sofitel especially given that it was within the airport complex.

1st and definitely not last stay in a Novotel. Modern, clean, good food and fab location. Minor niggle was that there was no hand wash basin in the toilet only one in the bathroom. Some train noise due to very close proximity to the train station, but for me being that close to the station after a hard day sight seeing is a blessing! Wasn't loud enough to interrupt our sleep. Great base for exploring Greenwich and so easy to reach popular tourist attractions in a matter of minutes.

The hotel was faultless, we didn't stay for dinner or breakfast - it was a flying visit! But the room was fantastic it had everything we needed and we'd definitely stay again! Only downside was that on arrival at 9pm their was only one receptionist and a que of 4 people so checking in was rather slow, once we were being seen to the receptionist was quite abrupt - but the hotel itself was faultless.
