Great Location!Posted Jun 13, 2014
Our room was very small, particularly the bathroom, but clean. We walked to many of the major London sights from the hotel. Buckingham Palace, the Houses of Parliament, and Westminster Abbey are all within a 20 minute walk. We also walked to Covent Garden and the British Museum although those were a bit further away. Those places of interest, e.g. St. Paul's Cathedral and the Tower of London, that are further from the hotel were easily and inexpensively accessed via the tube as the hotel is only a 10 minute walk from the Pimlico and Victoria tube stations. The hotel has no elevator (lift) but the person at the front desk offered to help us with our luggage. I think the T.V. only got one channel but we we're only in our room to sleep. The free continental breakfast was more than adequate with staff rushing in to replace items as they ran out. The breakfast room was quite crowded on some mornings but the four of us always found seats. For supper there are several pubs in the area or you can go to Victoria station for some major chain restaurants.

OK HotelPosted Jun 13, 2014
Pros: location is close to underground and coach bus station. We could walk to Buckingham Palace in 15 minutes.
Location: Underground, bus and Buckingham Palace all within a 15 minute walk.
It was in a great location. Once we figured out the shower it was good. I can't complain about anything, just your basic hotel.

Very tight conditions for three.Posted Jun 11, 2014
Pros: The staff was helpful.
There is no lift and our room was on the fourth floor of a very wobbly staircase. Poor maintenance, but clean overall.

Room and facilities clean, TV not working properly - poor aerial reception. Breakfast room poor -more like a works canteen!! TV reception , breakfast needs some improvement

Pros: Very well located and an excellent staff service.
Location: Staying near the Victoria Station, you are near every thing.
The staff was the most at all. Very helpful and nice with us. The hotel was clean, comfortable and very inexpensive, centrally located a short walking distance from Victoria Station, which was very convenient. I would return to the same hotel if in London.

DirtyPosted May 26, 2014 on Hotels.com
Arrived late and found hotel hard to find. Room in basement with large window next to dustbins. Woken up at 4.30 and then again at 6 a.m by cleaners. Rooms were dirty with en suite at a higher level and needed to step up. It had a broken shower and cello tape hanging off walls . Left without breakfast.
