Property is conveniently located for access to transportation options, such as Victoria Station and Victoria Coach Station. The cleaning staff also does a great job. My main criticism of the property is that there is no elevator. It would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room

Pleasantly surprised for what is a budget option. Safe and quiet, I booked for work purposes as a single female and this was perfect. Rooms are well set up and facilities great (shower was excellent). Staff were really friendly. Really recommend.

Mixed feelings- when I arrived I had to wait about 10 minutes as there was no one at the front desk. My room was on the 4th floor- which was ok but there’s no lift and the stairs are steep/narrow at the top. My room was comfortable, clean enough and the bed is comfy. The bathroom shower was good quality and I have no complaints there. The vending machine downstairs was out of order so I couldn’t use that during my stay. The staff seem to mostly be sat on their phones at the front desk when they are there. Lots of building work in the rooms so it was a little noisey- old building/thin walls. Overall though the location was ideal for my visit and you pay for what you get. I would stay again for the price and location.

London stay
Room was clean and comfortable, little and tight space between bed and bathroom door, heat does not go into bathroom so it was cold, room was somewhat cold even though the heat was turned on by front desk. Didn't like the fact that there is no elevator to get to the downstairs or upstairs rooms, my room was way downstairs. Besides those minor issues I had a great overall stay.

The only reason I have 2 stars is that the bathroom was clean, the water was nice and got, and there was a great rain showerhead. Other than that the hotel has not been kept up with, the need was awful, and the smell was disgusting. Would not recommend it stay here again.

Less than I hoped for
It was comfortable enough for just crashing one night. The showers (mine and travel buddy) do not drain. The white walls and doors do not look clean. The carpet is frayed at the baseboards.

Staff tried to be helpful but they didn't know much about the area. There was to sofas in reception , probably the dirties I have seen on my life (we almost walked out once we seen them but we had paid and was verylate to find another hotel at that time. The mattress, towels, walls had stains on them so not happy. The bathroom and shower were renovated sa was nice. The air con was fixed and could not be set on the temperature that you wanted so it was quite cold at times. The place needs a deep clean and renovation. The location is central and accessible to many attractions.

The room was in the basement and very run down. The bed was so small my feet were over the end of it. The hairdryer had exposed cords on it, the sink was dirty, the floor had holes in with carpet over.

It is raining in the bathroom.
The water was dripping like raining. Unbelievable, the guy said he will get fix within 15mins, but it rains like 30mins. In the end, I had to stayed in my friends' apartment sofa. I am mad about the whole situation.

SO over priced ! Rooms are very tiny and limited room supplies - no washers, no S & C, no fridge, no tissues. The wifi is dreadful and when complained to front desk it’s a flat sorry about that with no action taken to fix anything. Wifi router has sticky tape all over it, the bathroom was so small you have to dry yourself in bedroom. Hotel is in serious need to renovation, won’t mention the disgusting stained leather sofas in the foyer!! Almost AUD $400 a night - there has to be better than this!

It was a nicely kept building in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel itself was slightly above average in terms of cleanliness, but could've used some additional work in that area. They put me in a basement room, which was fine, but I actually knocked my head on the ceiling going downstairs (and I'm not particularly tall). Staff was generally friendly, though a bit standoffish.

Wonderful stay! Close to Victoria Station making it so convient. Staff and hotel condition is ok. We were travelling with a 7mo old baby so the pack and play and the small room was a bit rough. I would suggest a different hotel with a slightly larger room if needing a pack and play or portable crib.

Horrible experience
The hotel stay was awful. There were bed bugs and the room was dirty. The door handle fell off the door. When I informed the hotel front desk they did not make any accommodation. I requested a refund as we didn’t stay in the hotel and still haven’t received any updates. I requested the hotel manager to contact me and haven’t heard anything.

The staff were brilliant and very friendly. I felt safe. Breakfast was decent. Some of the carpets on the stairs were in poor condition. Fire doors were wedged open with fire extinguishers which is not legal.

the hotel is in a convenient location from the main attractions within walking distance, we were accommodated on the -1st floor in a very small room, but when we asked for another room, they moved us, the only thing that was inconvenient was the stairs with small steps, I almost fell, the rest can be tolerated for the money in this area.
