Ideal for a weekend break
Posted Jan 16, 2013
Booked hotel for a weekend in London for a show, situated a 20 minute walk away from the theatre district, the Ambassadors Bloomsbury was an ideal hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Situated near to several tube stations, the hotel also makes a great base for visiting all the sights London offered. I didn't use the restaurant but the menu looked good, however if it doesn't appeal to you there was a good selection of local restaurants in the vicinity.

Conveniently located
Posted Jan 15, 2013
Pros: Staff, location
Cons: Room size
Location: Stones throw from main train stations Euston, St Pancras and Kings Cross. Close enough to go for an early morning run in Regents Park before breakfast
Good location, rooms small but ok for one night, any longer would be claustrophobic. Nice breakfast and v pleasant staff.

Roomy and good value for central London
Posted Jan 17, 2013
Comparatively large rooms for London, nice big bathroom, comfortable bed. Very good value for its location, close to Euston Stn, and the quality of the accommodation. Didn't take the breakfast option - there's plenty of places to eat nearby.

Perfect overnighter

Pros: Location to major railway stations
Cons: Shower wet room
Very professional but friendly staff on the front desk. The room was small, but still comfortable and functional. Minor problems with the shower and kettle not performing properly. Hotel is located within very easy walking distance from both Euston and St Pancras stations.

Is this a hotel for ants? Nice location though!

Pros: Location in London
Cons: Size of the rooms.
The location of the hotel can't be beat, less then five minute walk to Euston Underground station and less then ten minutes to Kingscross Rail Station. There are also lots of nice pubs nearby and its close to the British Museum. However, very small rooms with thin walls. I'm told this is apparently normal for London though. I stayed in a Single room which was barely big enough to change my mind in let alone relax in. Also the shower did not have a lip on it so when showering the majority of the washroom floor would get wet and covered with water. That being said, the staff were friendly, the room was clean and the hotel features a fairly standard workout room with a tredmill, eliptical, universal weight machine ect which was nice for starting out the day healthy. Overall this hotel is good for those looking for a place to sleep while exploring London but not for those who are looking for a quiet, spacious retreat.

Perfect for a business trip
Posted Jan 28, 2013
Pros: Staff offered to hang on to my suitcase after I checked out, if I didn't want to take it to my meetings. Didn't even have to ask for it!
Cons: Bathroom a bit on the small side.
Location: Perfect location if you need the St Pancras and Euston connections.
Walking distance from Euston, Russell Square and St. Great staff who were helpful and very polite. Great stay. Room wasn't the largest and the bathroom was small, but for a one night stay in London for business or pleasure it was perfect. I would stay there again any time.
