Really enjoyed my stay. Staff friendly enough and the room was excellent. The only reservation I have is the water efficient toilets. Great concept but cannot handle more than two pieces of toilet paper at a time.

This hotel was professionalism personified. nothing was ever too much trouble for staff, the rooms were gorgeous, and we were in the heart of london. If anything it was too posh!All in all, an excellent hotel which i wouldnt hesitate in recommending.

I would recommend this hotel. The only issue my husband and I had is that it could have been cleaner. It looked like they hadn't done a very good job vacuuming our room. The staff was very accomadating. The location was great (right at the Liverpool St. underground station).

Great hotel - most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Very helpful staff, free minibar and perfectly located for the station. Good TV with Sky Sports and even an ipod docker to use in each room. Plus the Liverpool squad stayed there the same night as us and I had my photo taken with Rafa Benitez - couldn't have asked ffor a better weekend!

“Modern Style, Good Location”

This is one of those accommodation establishments whose management goes out of its way to be as original and as creative as possible, to make your stay a memorable experience. All guests are warmly greeted with a drink and small snack of their choice, being checked-in sitting on one of their over-sized sofas and enjoying the sophistication of Hotel's lobby. The same goes for check-out. I have stayed there for seven days and even though I spent most of my time in London exploring the city and its attractions, every night when I returned to the hotel, my room was impeccably clean and the minibar was restocked with their free-of-charge organic juices and waters; I've always been greeted by the smiling hotel stuff, provided with precise and smart recommendations for dining, that never once have had disappointed me. Everything around this hotel is very modern, sometimes compromising the feeling of luxury that you've come to expect from a five-star Hyatt hotel, and that's why I rated "4" the comfort of my room. As to the location, it's truly a great one, - Liverpool underground Station is just around the corner. Have no doubts, - go ahead and book this fine hotel, you won't regret it!

“Great Hotel”

This Hotel is properly run and the staff were very friendly. I have zero complaints about this Hotel and enjoyed my stay. Keep in mind the Hotel is in the Financial district and away from things but it's real nice and quiet. Additionally, how many 5 Star Hotels or any Hotel for that matter that offer complimentary breakfast and WiFi!?
