Ticked all the boxes.Posted Dec 17, 2014
Pros: Location and fast free Wi-Fi.
Cons: Very minor point, but a full size a Iron and ironing board in the rooms would be of much more use rather than the mini Iron and small fold away board.
Excellent value for money. Great location, friendly, helpful staff and comfortable rooms. Happily use this hotel again.

Nice hotel, close to airportPosted Dec 17, 2014
Pros: It was clean, reasonably priced and close to airport.
Location: Location was great, only 10 mins from airport. Not sure of things to do, didn't leave hotel.
Decided to stay overnight at hotel, for ease of access to Heathrow for flight home the next day. Arrived late evening to friendly and efficient staff. Had a very meal in the restaurant with excellent service.

worst hotel stayed atPosted Dec 15, 2014
travelling back after a 8 hour flight i was charged £25 early check in fee. When you are landing at 6am how can you be expected to check in after 2pm? Most annoyingly I contacted the hotel before my arrival to inform them of the situation and they never bothered contacting me. Their expedia page does not mention this £25 charge. Had it been there I would have just stayed in a hotel in town which would have been a lot nicer for the same price. The woman on the desk was no help and did not care the hotel did not contact me back. The corridors stunk of smoke, the wifi signal was so weak it did not work and the curtains had stains on them.

Nice hotel, very convenient for Terminal 3Posted Dec 13, 2014
Pros: Nice room, restaurant pricey but food delicious. Good deal by booking in advance.
Cons: Perhaps small bistro to buy a snack rather than a meal.
Location: Close to airport, our only reason for staying in order to meet an early flight.
Our sat-nav constantly took us to Terminal 2, since it was dark, we were driving around for Lmost an hour. At one point 2 mins from hotel, at another on the M25 heading for Terminal 5!!! The fUlt of the sat nav not the hotel but perhaps clear directions at the time of booking would be good. Eventually we phoned the hotel and got directions from a member of staff.

Thought this hotel was close to terminal 4!Posted Dec 11, 2014
Pros: Great bar and restaurant!
Cons: Location to terminal 4 should be explained properly!
Location: Onsite bar and restaurant!
Booked this hotel as I thought it was close to terminal 4 and on arrival asked about the hopper bus and was told it took 45minutes to get to the terminal or the other route was a bus and underground! Very disappointed! So took a taxi at £18!

Very comfortable, easy to get to the airportPosted Dec 9, 2014
Pros: Frequent, free city buses from the bus stop right in front of the hotel to Heathrow airport central bus station.
Cons: Shower was a bit antediluvian and could have been modernized. Still, it worked and was hot!
Location: Handy for Heathrow Airport.
We stayed at the Arora a few years ago when we had a morning flight from Heathrow and were happy to choose it again as the price was very moderate. As on the previous occasion, front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly at checkin. The room is not particularly large but is well designed and nicely furnished. There's a panoramic view of the airport and runways... but the windows are very well soundproofed! Most importantly, the bed is very comfortable so we had a great nights sleep.

Happy with our Arora Hotel Heathrow stayPosted Dec 6, 2014
Pros: Proximity to the airport
Cons: Explanation regarding the free bus transport available. We paid for the shuttle because we did not have enough info regarding the free transport.
Location: Airport hotel
We booked online for the Arora Hotel Heathrow based on the reviews others had given which were almost all positive, except one, that I had read. Our online room rate was also excellent. We arrived late in the evening for our overnight stay. We were greeted by very friendly and efficient staff and within minutes were walking into our room. The room was large and very clean. Bathroom was also very nicely appointed. The one complaint I had read here was that the room was dated. Our room was not dated but instead was very nicely furnished and bright. We only spent the night and left for the airport fairly early the next morning so did not try the restaurant, so cannot comment on it.
