Amazing deal for a layover!

The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. Room was awesome. They corrected a small problem for me immediately. Distance from Heathrow is very convenient. Almost zero aircraft noise. There are free buses that drop you right in front of this hotel. Very highly recommended.

Pros: Good value and convenient.
Location: Heathrow airpoet
So many airport hotels are bleak providing only basic needs. Arora was different. The room was spacious quiet and clean. It provided a wake up call, and the hotel hoopa bus arrived on time. The restaurant, Smiths was a big surprise. We enjoyed an excellent meal, beautifully presented and reasonably priced.

Great for Either Tourist or Business

Posted May 21, 2015
Pros: Convenience to the airport.
Cons: Honestly, I can't think of anything.
Within the fare free zone of public transportation to/from the airport with a stop directly in front of the hotel. If you wish, from the airport it's a quick connection to the Piccidilly tube line to central London. The hotel staff are all exceedingly friendly and helpful with advice. Although touted as an airport hotel, noise is a non-issue. Nice thick towels, and nice bed linens. And-seriously-the rooms are furnished with really nice TP paper! Great (free) wifi connection. An ample number of outlets to charge cell phones, etc. Although there's no restaurants within walking distance, the hotel restaurant had a number of reasonably priced selections.

Careless with bookings

Posted May 16, 2015
Pros: Close to Heathrow, but no shuttle available
Cons: Restaurant is very expensive
On arrival, we were checked in and given keys to a room. When we entered the room, there was another couple there. Eventually got another room, but when we checked out, our invoice was for the original room. We are just glad the other couple were dressed.

Good location

Posted May 15, 2015
Pros: Close to airport
Cons: No plaque as to who opened the hotel.
Location: Three Magpies and Chinese restaurant
The television didn't work effectively. We managed to get it on, but then couldn't control it and the shower didn't spray out of the shower rose but out of the side, so not brill with maintenance. Had to pay to leave car overnight £12. Apart from this the comfort of the bed, cleanliness of the hotel were good.
