The noise on the first floor, pounding and drilling starting at 4:30am was ridiculous. How on earth could anyone sleep during that.

Single rooms very small. Expensive enough and didn't realise breakfast wasn't even included so that was a surprise. Reception staff friendly and excellent housekeeping.

Basic room; good enough if you just need a bed for the night. No amenities so need to remember your shampoo and shower gel. Very small room too and single bed.

This is one of the hotels which does not provide complimentary toothpaste and toothbrush. Anywhere in the world that you get for free.

Bedroom and bathroom very small. We couldn’t open the bathroom door without banging the toilet. Couldn’t get into bed properly on one side. Very expensive for the size of the room.

Basement Rooms - Musty
We were in a basement room which was quite musty. The hotel location is good, and perhaps the upper floors don't smell musty. Bathroom is very small.

Single room was small but it had everything I needed. Clean bathroom, comfortable bed, coffee and tea available in the room, desk for work, fast wifi. Close to Victoria station and Pimlico metro station. I was able to walk to Buckingham palace and Big Ban from the hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly. I would stay there again.

Not gorgeous but good enough for traveling alone and just staying. I spent four nights. Location is super nice and cozy. Staffs are friendly and kind. Quality for the price is super nice too.

10 minute walk from Victoria station and being able to access all areas of London from there. The street is nice and quiet with places to eat nearby. The hotel room was tiny. Price didn’t include breakfast which was £18 pp so we didn’t bother. Furnishings in lobby were tired looking/stained. But staff were very polite and helpful! All in all good value for money given the location.

Single room booked to stay close for overtime work shift. Great room, all clean and tidy. Plenty of hot shower and a poweful great shower. I had a great nights sleep in a very comfy single bed.

Stayed here for a last minute business trip. Was upgraded from a small single room to a double on arrival. Basement level room was a decent size, bed was comfortable and considering I slept with the window slightly open, it wasn't too noisy. Conveniently located a 15 min walk from Westminster. Buffet breakfast had a good selection. Will definitely stay here again next time I need a room in the area. Only negative point was a small leak from a bathroom tap, but reception were made aware.

Great place to stay! Staff are very friendly and helpful, clean rooms, and right next to Pimlico underground station. Close to Victoria station and wide range of shops and restaurants, yet in a quiet neighbourhood so you'll have a great night's sleep. So happy we found this gem.

The room was very small so considering what I paid I guess I was paying for the location. There is no air conditioning so I would not want to be there during a heatwave. The property was well-maintained and the front desk employees were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Pimlico Station is nearby and the #24 bus stops just up the street. The #24 will take you to Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, and the West End theatres.

The weather in London is been hot lately, this has no connection with the hotel, regarding the AC, we don't have any in of the rooms and we don't actually advertise it, so please next time double-check before you book a hotel. We also don't mention anywhere that we have fridge but we do store the food/drinks of the guests in our big fridge in the kitchen and also we do provide ice, if you needed then you should have asked reception which is 24 hours open. Regarding the hair dryer, we could have provided you an extra one if the one in the room was damaged. In any case, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and we hope you give us another chance in the future to provide you a better experience.

Located at a quite neighborhood, but walk distance to Big Ben, London Eye, and Thames river cruise. The breakfast is good, and the staff is very attentive. There are a couple of good restaurants right by the hotel, as well as a mart that opens until quite late. We have a family room with three single beds which fit my two teenage boys and I comfortably. Shower is hot with great water pressure. The only complaint is the tiny shower and the even smaller sink. It is a struggle to wash my face in the sink without splashing water to my pants. We are used to small European hotel rooms, but such a narrow sink is quite unusual. Other than that, we are satisfied with our stay.

Very central and clean
The hotel was a 10-15 minute walk from Victoria train, coach and tube station. There are restaurants like O Sola Mio a two minute walk away and shops close by. It was a little noisy at times and needs a bit of updating but overall it was clean, comfortable, convienient to get places, with very nice and helpful staff
