Great location, smallest room ever.Posted May 21, 2015
Pros: Nice lobby and restaurant. Lots of channels on TV.
Cons: Room size and bathroom
Location: Close to tube station
I have traveled in Europe many many times and know to expect small hotel rooms. I booked a suite with bed plus sofabed for myself and 2 co-travelers. We were originally going to be 4 people which Expedia says the room will accept. The room was so small that we could not actually use the sofa bed pulled out because it would block the way to the bathroom (and the entirety of the room not already occupied by the bed, actually) One traveler (of 6'3" height) ended up sleeping quite uncomfortably on the small sofa NOT unfolded to a bed so we could move around the room. The actual bed was hard as a rock and very high up. The bathroom, also disappointing, did not have a seperate bath tub or shower stall, rather a shower head that came from the ceiling and got water everywhere. Service was friendly and good, wifi was reliable, and the breakfast (which was included with our room) was delicious and convenient. The location can't be beat. Luckily we got a good rate on a room and I would return if I again was offered such a deal, but otherwise would likley look for a better accomodation.

Just OK-not for families with small childrenPosted Apr 30, 2015
Pros: Staff is friendly. Good location, close to a tube and overground station (but no disabled access).
Cons: Breakfast room is super crowded. Room was not cleaned. Staff hardly speaks English.
Location: Close to Bakerloo line.
At first impression it was very nice, but that turned sour unfortunately. Breakfast room was super crowded and had to wait about 40 minutes to get a high chair (they only have one! and there were three small children in the breakfast room at the same time). Stayed only for two nights- room was never cleaned. Staff hardly speak English which really makes things complicated, specially on the phone. Have to admit though that staff is friendly and we were given a free cooked breakfast because the room was not cleaned. Room was a bit small, and had a hard time getting the bags in as we had to manoeuvre around a sofa. Even though it is close to tube station, parents be aware that there is no disabled access which means you would have to carry a pram with a small child in it. We had to walk 30 min from another station with a pram and bags. Would not recommend for families with small children. It is fine for a solo traveller or a couple. Also, breakfast provided is continental with a few pastries and if you are lucky some cold cuts and a few slices of cheese. It is advertised as breakfast included but it is not specified that it is a very light continental breakfast. Have been to other hotel chains with much better continental breakfasts.

buona posizione e buon hotelPosted Apr 26, 2015

Gutes Hotel in LondonPosted Apr 21, 2015
Pros: Preis, Zimmer, Essen, Lage bzw.

Excellent business hotel when in LondonPosted Mar 20, 2015
Pros: (1) Excellent location with easy access to the metro system (2) Good value, nice facility
Cons: I was absolutely satisfied with all aspects of the hotel, the service, etc.
Location: Everything in London is highly accessible by metro, and the tube stop is only about 100 yards from the hotel.
I have stayed at the QMH for a total of around 40 days during the last three years. I am travelling for business, and the QMH completely satisfies my requirements: * Close to the metro so I can get around to my meetings * Excellent WIFI connectivity * Nice rooms with super hot shower * Access to a fitness center across the street * Reasonable rates / Excellent value * And of course a free giant breakfast included with the room rate This is my only hotel for both business and pleasure trips to London. Highly recommended.

Good hotel for short staysPosted Mar 18, 2015
Pros: Style of room Location to transport
Location: The tube is bakerloo line so perfect for the west end or an easy bus to Camden
The hotel was comfortable and convienent for an overnight stay for a gig at the roundhouse. It was an easy bus journey there and we lazily took a cab back for around £12. Breakfast was good. The lack of attention to detail would bother me on a longer stay. The wifi didn't connect, although the room was small, the hair dryer didn't reach the mirror (and there was only one double socket). And irritatingly the fire alarm kept ringing intermittently mid morning.

Clean and affordable hotelPosted Mar 8, 2015
Pros: Wifi and breakfast plus near tube station.
Cons: Would be nice if king size bed was really that and not two singles pushed together.
Location: Kilburn Park is a only a few stops away by Underground to everything in London. Enjoyed eating at the Queen's Arms pub two minutes away.
Needed a place near Kilburn where daughter is living for a semester and this was perfect! Very nice and friendly staff, good WiFi connections, comfortable rooms, and great complimentary breakfast. Our room faced a very busy street but room was quiet enough. Would stay here again!

Nice hotel with very cramped roomsPosted Mar 7, 2015
It's in a good location, 15 mins from central London by tube. I was a little taken aback when informed on check-in I could use a credit card to leave a £50 deposit or cash! Most hotels just take a swipe without taking money. The hotel and staff are lovely, but the rooms are some of the most cramped I've ever stayed in.
