“Excellent short break acoomodation”

Short break booked on others experience's. Excellent hotel very well situated and staff extrenelly helpful and welcoming. Breakfast although busy very good and varied. The bar is basic but the overall experience was excellent and would use the hotel again and would have no hesitation in recemmending to others.

Room was a little on the small side, but the hotel is in great condition, clean and pretty. I would like to come back there in a bigger room. Location is great. Conveniently located a two minute walk from Lancaster Gate tube station.

This quiet, comfortable and reasonably priced hotel is in suite-case trundling distance of Paddington station (and the Heathrow trains) and equidistant to two tube stations (Lancaster Gate and Paddington). Now renovations are complete the rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast generous. Staff is friendly, and free (if somewhat erratic) wi-fi

“Great hotel”

Stayed here while attending a course in London. Good location in a lovely area next to Hyde Park. Underground station just 2 mins away, easy to travel around the city. Staff were pleasant and room was clean and looked freshly decorated. Breakfast was had an ok selection. Only small downsides were the bar was quite expensive and the tv struggled to pick up channels!

“Excellent contemporary hotel with brilliant staff”

On a cold winter's night we were welcomed with a warm friendly smile from the which was a good start. The hotel seems to have undergone a complete refurb and everything is very clean contemporary and fresh. We ordered a double room and got what appeared to be a double with ensuite single - so two bathrooms for the price of one. The beds were comfy with lovely sumptious bedding in deep velvet with squishy cushions. The breakfast was a modest buffet but there was plenty to choose from inc hot english breakfast, again staff were very accommodating. Reception were particularly helpful when my phone ran out of charge, they just did that for me - very impressed. Overall great location for central London - super little hotel and great rates. A1 value for money.

For a quick business trip to London, location convenient to Paddington (Heathrow express) and central London (subway). Hyde park nearby is a great place to walk. Room was very clean, breakfast perfect. Would return tomorrow!

Hotel felt brand new - fresh smelling paint and very modern decor. Room was slightly on small side but had all amenities and was very comfortable and very good value for centrally based London hotel - exactly what we wanted

We enjoyed a warm welcome,a fresh and clean room and very pleasant public areas. We will stay again, but as I am well over six foot, the small doubles are not my fit so next time twins. A well positioned Hotel in a lovely part of London.
