Great hotel for the price

Posted Jul 25, 2014
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
Location: Not much to do nearby but stations are easily accesible by walking or £5 in a taxi.
I was only staying in London one night and needed somwhere cheap and cheerful - this was the perfect place. For the price I paid it was a very nice hotel. The rooms were lovely and modern, very comfortable and clean too. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location wasn't too bad either - close to Golders Green tube station if you want the underground or Cricklewood station for the overground. I would definitely stay here again if I was visiting the area.

Nice hotel could be a 4* with a bit of work

Posted Jun 1, 2014
Good location 113 bus to marble arch from outside, unfortunately had to wait for room on arrival shower never got up to temp over 3 days, some areas could have been cleaned better. Next to very busy road had road noise all night plus large groups in hotel making lots of noise, good value for money though.

Quite a way from the tube

Posted May 31, 2014
Pros: Well maintained, good sized room, lovely shower
Cons: Food prices high, strange electrical hum in one of our rooms.
Location: Not much
Well maintained hotel, reasonable sized rooms all in good order. Hotel food was pricey - breakfast for 4 of us was almost £50 and it's a good walk from the nearest tube station. Surprisingly quiet given close proximity to main road. Free WiFi across whole hotel.

Nice hotel. Too noisy and hot though

Posted May 15, 2014
Pros: Decor
Cons: Add air conditioning. Blinds on velux window.
The hotel was decked out nicely. However, the room was hot. I opened the window but the traffic noise was excessively loud. I was therefore faced with either being ridiculously hot or it being extremely noisy. I got very little sleep. The velux window also had no blind therefore the sun came beaming through. Again, no sleep. Disappointing to say the least.
