Great value for moneyPosted Oct 5, 2014
Hotel was lovely, staff very pleasant and helpful and rooms beautifully clean. Only downside was breakfast was only like warm which was a real shame as it was good quality food prepared well but the hot lamps just didn't keep it hot. Tube/bus station was a good 15 minute walk away, taxi back from central London cost £25

Clean modern hotelPosted Sep 23, 2014
modern, clean and freindly, had dinner 1 night and was nice, just a little too far away from central London, great for Camden and chalk farm though.

Best Western Palm - Hendon Way, 13 September 2014Posted Sep 15, 2014
Pros: We especially liked the on-site car parking facilities
Cons: Only an impossible reduction in the local traffic noise!
Location: Not relevant to our stay
This was the fourth nor fifth time we have stayed at the hotel over the past two years. We were treated as if we were customers returning for the fortieth time! The staff are always courteous and considerate and, despite the relative infrequency of our visits, remembered who we were and seemed genuinely interested in the reason for our visit. The bed was king sized and very comfortable, the room facilities were more than adequate and, being of an older generation, we preferred being away from the hotel's evening festivities. Breakfast was very satisfying and the sausages were far away from the usual mass catering standard. All in all a very welcome experience and we look forward to our next visit which should be February 2015

Nice pleasant hotel, able to park carPosted Sep 2, 2014
Pros: The rooms and the position and the car park
Cons: The waitressing staff in the breakfast dining room
Hotel room was nice, clean had everything we need hotel reception staff were o.k. but the waitress in the dining room in the morning for breakfast was unhelpful and not polite. If it had not have been for this it would have all been a very pleasant experience. it is a shame one person spoils the experience. Poosibly only one person or she could have been having a bad day.

Pros: Easy accessibility to the bus going into central london.
Cons: Rooms are small
Location: Oxford circus, Piccadilly , wembley stadium all near by
I stayed with my family for 3days n made an extension for 2 more days. It's has easy access to transportation and the rooms are neat and newly renovated, but on the small size. The staffs r ok n friendly too. Overall not a bad experience.

Great hotel for the pricePosted Jul 25, 2014
Location: Not much to do nearby but stations are easily accesible by walking or £5 in a taxi.
I was only staying in London one night and needed somwhere cheap and cheerful - this was the perfect place. For the price I paid it was a very nice hotel. The rooms were lovely and modern, very comfortable and clean too. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location wasn't too bad either - close to Golders Green tube station if you want the underground or Cricklewood station for the overground. I would definitely stay here again if I was visiting the area.
