The location of the hotel is very convenient.Posted Feb 25, 2014
Pros: The location, the cosy atmosphere and friendly staff.
Cons: The breakfast menu can be changed from time to time.
Location: The location is excellent. There is a shopping centre nearby and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores are available within walking distance.
Our stay at the hotel was pleasant. It was close to the shops and restaurants and two tube stations are within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

Nice hotel with a great location in an upscale neighborhood. We stay one night my mother and I and we had a great night and a good breakfast too. the room was clean, the size enough for the time we spend there and the shower was good too. The staff was welcoming and very kind. I recommend it!

Steps from Bayswater, in the heart of the actionPosted Feb 24, 2014
Pros: Lovely period feel, very clean. Right next to Kensington Gardens Square. Pleasing staff.
Cons: Invest in cable TV, currently using aerial with limited channels.
Location: Close to Notting Hill and Portabella Road market. Amazing, worth a visit.
Excellent location, within 10 min. walk to Bayswater Tube Station. Shopping, restaurants and pubs round the corner. Safe and convenient for the attractions of the West End.

Does what it says on the tinPosted Feb 6, 2014
Pros: clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast.
Cons: Single room could have been a bit bigger really, only just room for me, the bed, the shower and my case.
Location: Location is very good, a few minutes walk form Kensington Gardens and from both Queensway and Bayswater tube stations.
The single room I had was very small but had everything I needed and was clean and warm. I think the price which included breakfast was reasonable for a London hotel of this standard.

Pros: Low price, definitely not comfortable.

The only reason to choose this hotel is its price. I stayed in a tiny room with a single bed for three nights. There is no refrigerator, safety box, or an iron. The room is clean in general otherwise. The neighborhood is mixed so one can find fish-and-chips and other ethnic food, as well as a number of fast food restaurants. Both central line and district/circle line underground stations are nearby. Breakfast and free internet are included but both can be improved. The hotel probably like many European hotels are not luggage-friendly. There are no ramps leading up to the front door or elevators so you will have to carry you luggage up and down stairs. The corridors in the hotel is also extremely narrow allowing only one slim body passing at a time. The carpeted floor feels uneven. Carrying a piece of large and heavy luggage from the front desk to room thus is quite a physical exercise. The heating in the room is not enough. The taxi ride to Paddington station is £7 and £35 if to Heathrow.

Pros: great breakfast
Cons: rooms just on the small side but typical for Europe so no surprise there

Nice hotel near tube stations and halal foodPosted Jan 19, 2014
I stayed at this hotel from 10-17 January 2014. Hotel staff is friendly and they accept late arrivals/checkin. the best thing about this hotel is it is near to 2 tube stations which are within 5 mins walk. Location is very good. Near to a lot of restaurants of various food variety and easy to find halal food (for muslims) around the hotel area. I stayed in a single standard room. The room was quite small but comfortable. definitely will stay here again if I come to London :)

great location, good value - room quite smallPosted Nov 28, 2013
Pros: style & atmosphere of a small not too modern hotel
Cons: size of room - I rather have a smaller bed for one and more space
