Well located, old style hotel only 3-4 min walk from Bayswater metro station. But single room was very small, luckily I only stayed one night. Breakfast buffet was okay, WiFi worked most of the time.

Perfect location in Notting HillPosted Sep 8, 2014
Pros: Location, cleanliness
Location: Really close to Bayswater tube station, Whiteleys shopping centre, and 20-30 min walk to Kensington Palace. Also short cab ride to Paddington
Great hotel just steps away from a shopping centre that had a Marks & Spencer (for those not willing to spend £15 on meals). Clean hotel, staff were kind. Room was very small, and the bed was not very comfortable. Clean bathroom was a decent size. The free breakfast was nothing to write home about; just some cold cuts, croissants, and toast.

Great location. Great service. The hotel is a little dated but very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Great continental breakfast in the morning.

Hotel near Hyde ParkPosted Jul 15, 2014
Pros: Location and size.
Cons: The end room with the heat and poor air circulation should probably have been a single room.
Location: Great area for walking. Near Hyde Park and underground stations. Lots of restaurants nearby and a lovely shopping mall.
We were on a family vacation and had two rooms with twin beds. One room had two windows and faced the main street. It was a good size and and quite airy. The second room faced east had one window and was quite a bit smaller than the other. It was very warm and had no air circulation. Despite a table fan and having the window open we found the room quite uncomfortable due to the heat. The breakfast was good.

Great hotel close to Bayswater UndergroundPosted Jul 13, 2014
We chose this hotel because we've had consistently good experiences with Best Western Hotels in Canada and the US and this one was in the area in which we wanted to stay. It certainly didn't disappoint. The hotel is nicely renovated, very clean, our room was a good size and quite comfortable. It is a block from a mall and about two blocks from the Underground station so travel to various sights in London was very convenient.

Nice, but...Posted Jul 9, 2014
Pros: Price. Close to Bayswater Tube Station. Kind Staff.
Cons: Air conditioning needed.
...a bit small. I assumed this was not going to be a big deal but it truly was quite tiny staying in a single room. It was still rpetty cozy but there was no room in the room for me to do anything other than eat or sleep. No morning youga stretches during this trip. Other than that it was a nice hotel. A little hot at times but they do give you a fan in the room. That helped ALOT.

Hotel centrally locatedPosted Jul 3, 2014
This hotel has recently been remodeled. The furnishings are basic, the bathrooms are small, and there was no air conditioning. Even the British guests we met on the elevator ( lift) noted that it was the hottest hotel they had stayed in. The doors had simple keyed locks rather than electronic card key. There were only two electrical outlets for plugging in appliances. The continental breakfast never varied during our stay and seating was cramped. However, the room was clean, the staff was friendly, the bath was modern. The hotel was in a quiet side street and was convenient for two underground stations, restaurants, and shopping. I would probably stay here again even with its limitations.

Hotel accommodation.Posted Jun 24, 2014
Pros: Spacious and near to the underground ( apart from one of our original bedrooms! )
Cons: Colour of the decor with more attractive lightfittings etc. It appears quite drab and uninviting on arrival.
Location: Near to Bayswater underground and within walking distance of Paddington station Near to Hyde Park.
I booked 2 double rooms for my party of 4. One room was adequate although lacking in drawer space for clothes and a substandard wardrobe for hanging clothes. The second room was very small and stuffy and I had to request a move to a better room. This was done but only on the second day of our 3 day stay! The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu was good and well laidout. The hotel was clean although the decore, while clean and fresh, was rather a dull greyish colour which could have been a bit more colourful.
