This is not the experience we want for any of our guests and I apologize. I was however pleased you enjoyed your experience in Shelly’s Tap & Grill here on the property and we couldn’t agree with you more that the recommendations from your server were great choices. We are happy it was enjoyed.We are also pleased you found the beds to be comfortable and room clean, but apologize you did not feel the floors were clean. My apologies as well the alarm clock went off in your room a couple times and understand this would be disappointing. Staff should be checking these when rooms are cleaned between our guests. Hi Jenna,Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.While we are happy you chose this property to stay at while in London, we apologize we did not meet your expectations.When reserving, our guests can either choose an atrium view room or non atrium view room. Reserving an atrium view room simply means you are facing the indoor atrium area. With all the features the atrium holds, there is not a way to guarantee our guests a view of the pool so we do not offer rooms with this description. My apologies for any confusion caused.My apologies as well you were not aware in advance of arrival our waterslide hours differ from the pool hours. This information is available to our guests on the hotel's website and as well available when speaking to Reservation Agents direct at the property. Staff are available 24/7 to assist our guest's with any questions they may have. There was an issue with the hot tub causing it to be closed. What we thought would be a quick fix ended up being quite a large one requiring the tub to be closed for repairs. Staff worked hard and as fast as they could to cause as little disruption as possible but there were a few days it was not operating and I apologize you were not able to access it.I do hope this past stay does not prevent you from staying with us again in the future.
