One night standPosted Dec 17, 2014
Pros: Staff friendliness
Cons: No idwa
Location: On the web site you could put directions on how to get into the car park as it is at a busy intersection
Stayed one night before flying out from Heathrow. Excellant service, right down to being able to print out boarding passes. Lovely room, all amenities for making coffee/tea. Large tv so you see it lying in bed. Room was spotless as was the shower. Restaurant was great with ample choices.

Mediocre staff with a mediocre distance from LHRPosted Dec 14, 2014
A pleasant stay at the airport for an overnights sleep before a flight. A nightmare getting from St Pancras kings cross tube station as a mode of transportation due to having a 15 minute long walk from Osterly tube station or an expensive bus ride of over £1.60 for two stops. A pleasant check-in at around 8PM with no Que. The dissipointment was that they failed to add my reservation what I was offered and opted for it. Plus the staff didn't show me to my room minimum effort not a problem for them but warrying. There where two people at the check-in just standing there waiting for their shift to end. When I had 3 bags on me with more than five steps even to the lift. Then you need to get the bus back to Ostley or a 15 minute walk the choice is yours then a tube to Heathrow terminals 1,2,3&5. No problem bring a car by the looks of things there is prently of parking space which may incur an extra charge. I think they where just trying to hire the cheapest staff possible without considering customer service will go bust after the financial crisis.

Nice hotel, terrible breakfastPosted Nov 25, 2014
Pros: Staff were very helpful and friendly, room was excellent
Location: Hounslow is pretty awful but we were just passing through to get to Twickenham and if your going, be sure to get an oyster card for the buses!
The hotel was lovely and clean, we came down on a Saturday for the Rugby at Twickenham (two blokes) so a twin room was ordered. Very reasonable price for the good standard of room, shower was brilliant and the room looked brand new, overall excellent facilities and easy to locate, only problem really was breakfast in the morning. We went down early Sunday morning as we we had a long drive ahead of us, so we were there at 7:30, everything on the hot breakfast buffet was cold, stone cold, beans and all. Little touches like this take the shine off an otherwise excellent hotel. Small details matter, and cold food, at 7:30am is a detail one tends to remember.

An affordable luxuryPosted Nov 5, 2014
Pros: comfort, staff, location, price, cleanliness, in room refrigerator and safe, luxurious appointments.
Cons: A shuttle service to heathrow or at least the Hounslow Underground station would help less transit minded guests. We were fine, but we are young.
Location: Visit The Black Horse pub for dinner. Everything in london is just a tube ride away. Water and Steam museum and Kew Gardens were highlights.
We needed a place to stay for 3 days unsupported (no local friends or family) in london and on a tight budget. We struck gold with this Best Western. A plenty big room (by London standards), lots of power outlets for charging our various stuff, a great shower, friendly staff, and easy access to a tube station and bus stop. Its about a 10 min walk to Hounslow East and a short tube ride into central London for anything you want to do there. Its an even shorter ride to Heathrow when its time to leave. There is a great little pub called The Black Horse across the street, all indian food, but its amazing, try the butter chicken its the best we have had anywhere. If you are staying for a while there is a laundromat on the way to the station, left side of the east side of the street just near the mini roundabout. its cash only but really fast machines and plenty friendly. We didn't eat in the hotel so I cant tell you anything about that but the bar seemed nice enough for a quick drink. In short, a gem for travelers looking for a nice stay without going broke. We travel a lot and will be returning next time we are in London.

Will definitely stay againPosted Nov 1, 2014
Paid for a single bed, was given two, staff were great and when I accidentally left my debit card by the reception they brought it up to my room. Huge bathroom, nice comfortable room with great facilities and good wi-fi. I definitely recommend this hotel if you're in the area. Not sure if it is in an ideal location if you want to regularly go to central London though, I think it's just under an hour away.

Don't judge a book by its cover!Posted Oct 14, 2014
Located right in the vein between Heathrow and London, this hotel is an amazing find. Modestly priced for the quality. Friendly and attentive staff. Free apples in the lobby! Buffet was surprisingly tasty and had quite a variety. I would forgo having the hotel call a taxi to London however. The trip ended up being 45 pounds and very slow. Alternatively, the Hounslow East train station is an easy walk and only costs 5.50 for a ticket to central London. Their coffee biscuits are awesome as well!

Too far from HeathrowPosted Oct 14, 2014
Pros: overhead shower was nice
Location: Just stayed overnight to catch plane the next morning.
This hotel is in a very busy part of Southhall - hard to negotiate the turn into the hotel. We had to take a cab to the airport, which cost 25 pounds - the hotel called the taxi for us and I think we were way overcharged - no timer, just a fee the cabby gave us.
