Staff were VERY friendly and accommodating! Enjoyed it so much we stayed a second time on the return trip!

Very nice, very accommodating. Very comfy bed, room plenty big for us.

Very convenient to both highways 401 and 402. Excellent service from front desk staff.

“Good stay, with some exceptions”

Overall very good. When we arrived, there was a dirty cleaning towel on the bathroom countertop from housekeeping. The next night, there were no new drinking cups in the bathroom. The desk is too close to the AC, as it blows on your back when sitting at the desk.

“Probably will not go back”

There was no refrigerator in room ; only 1 ice machine[on the first floor]; daily trouble with keycard; had to be reset every night; for a lesser price there are more facilities at other places at which we have stayed; microwave would have been nice
