Good size and great location but church bells loudPosted Aug 11, 2014
Easy checking in and nice entrance. Staff not very efficient and when I phoned reception for milk, it never turned up. After asking for a cab, staff allowed others to jump in the cabs before us. This was when leaving the hotel and made us leave with a bad feeling towards best western.

A show stopping weekPosted Jul 25, 2014
Perfectly positioned for the theatres. The single room I had (508) was small but perfectly formed. The staff were fantastic! Every single interaction with them was outstanding. One draw back - the lift is very slow! But so what!

Great location!Posted Jul 18, 2014
Location: Close to picadilly circus and the theatre district.
They let me check in early, without my asking and it was greatly appreciated.

Very central great for coming back to after a showPosted Jul 4, 2014
Pros: Location easy so central
Cons: Breakfast Less furniture in the room when there was precious little space anyway. Shower too tiny.
Location: Shafesbury avenue so all theatres close by and oxford st and covent garden walking distance
Queen room was way too small for two people. Even though they said the upgraded us to deluxe. But as it was just me and my teenage daughter it was a case of location over luxury. So it was fine for our needs, just very cramped. Clean. Looked out onto street so not quiet but not so bad as i thought it may be. We always look forward to breakfast but that was disappointing, just seemed unattractive lacking any style in presentation, both in room and food itself. Definitely not worth adding to the cost for that.

Convenient but noisyPosted Jun 29, 2014
Great for West end if your theatre is close by but building works started by 7am and traffic pretty noisy

Excellent location, BUTPosted Jun 16, 2014
Pros: Location & staff
Cons: Wheelchair ramp at front door
Location: Right in the middle of Theatreland
Excellently located for West End Theatreland, but the absence of a simple ramp made access difficult for a wheelchair. They knew in advance I was an electric (very heavy) wheelchair user. Being lifted in and out of the front door was not ideal!!, but lot's of help from very polite and helpful staff helped rescue the situation. The room facilities were fine, and as I said above the staff were excellent

rooms is very small and some rooms have no window, with the noisy ac machine running, this hotel looks nothing like it in those pictures, the only thing good is its location.

Trendy little hotel in a prime location.Posted May 16, 2014
A pleasant surprise.. very small rooms, but absolutely gorgeous!! Staff attention was excellent, and location location!! West End theatres on your doorstep. A ruby amongst the pretentious rubble of hotels in London. I would definitely stay again.
