“lovely hotel”

Very reasonable, close to the red line, walking distance through Kensington Gardens to lots of tourist attractions. Quiet and comfortable. Very nicely updated. I loved it.

“Nice space but not much of it.”

The rooms are well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, water boiler, etc., but several of these things were in slight disrepair. For example, the shower had a setting that caused it to shower the whole bathroom... Still a very nice place. The rooms are quite small - a double with a queen size bed does not *really have enough room for two people and their luggage (but it was okay).

“Good hotel”

The hotel was good. Rooms a little bit small, but functional.

“Not bad at all, even with a flaw or so.”

The room was small, which wasn't an issue as it was very nice. But the toilet was too close to the wall and it had to be say on at an angle. It was just a bit too snug in the bathroom.

“Won't be returning here”

I stayed in a single room for three nights in fall 2012. Like many hotels in London, the room was very small; however, it was also very poorly designed. The toilet could only be used if you sat on it sideways! The front desk was always crowded and no staff seemed to be paying attention to who needed their help. I was ignored when I walked in and any other time I needed help except when I was really pushy. I had to book an extra night and the price was ridiculous for the additional night — about equal to what I'd paid for the other two. The hotel is supposed to have 24-hour food, but when I was there the machine to make the food (panini) was broken and they had no food on offer for a reasonable price after 10 pm or so (and with jetlag, that's not late). The hotel is oddly designed and has issues with temperature control. The hallways were claustrophobic and steaming hot, and there always seemed to be housekeeping or housekeeping equipment in my hallway no matter what time of day it was. There is no WiFi in the rooms, though there is an ethernet connection. The WiFi available in the hotel's lounge is extremely slow. That said, decent TV, comfortable bed, and good climate control in the room itself. I'd take my chances somewhere else and will not be returning.

“For The Very Small People of The World!”

They can't control the heat of the Hotel! We were brought to our very TINY Room! (With the Window Wide Open!) Someone came to my room to turn down the heat with no result! It has been renovated but, for Small People! If you are a munchkin you will Love It!
