Easy access to buses and underground.Posted Jun 16, 2015
Pros: It was very quiet at night. Staff was very helpful, I had to buy water at 1am one night and they had it for me.
Cons: Nothing, I was very happy
Location: Good coffee shop, grocery store, and a BOOTS store were very close. Bus stop on doorstep of hotel, and underground across the street.
Easy to navigate London from hotel. Nice area to shop for coffee( David's) and a grocery store is nearby. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Cramped, overpriced roo, in a tourist-trap areaPosted Jun 15, 2015
My partner and I stayed here for one night at the end of a 9-day UK trip. Our room was very small, just wide enough for a double bed, a nightstand and a small wardrobe. It was clean and fine, but stuffy, and at night, the hallway light came in under the door. The neighborhood was sterile, all hotels, tourist-oriented businesses, and luxury residences. I could see this working well for a business traveler or a tourist looking for a 'safe', sanitized, tour-bus version of London. For anyone else, it's just an overpriced room with very little worth sering within 10 minutes' walk.

Great location for a London stayPosted Jun 13, 2015
Pros: location and room details
Cons: Americans love to use washcloths. Could you provide them?
Location: see above
The Cromwell is a fairly typical London hotel, with smallish rooms, but with some very nice features such as heated towel bars, a tea service and a flat screen TV. I'm a stickler for soft pillows and the hotel provided good ones. What made the Cromwell a particularly good choice for us was its location. We were walking distance to several museums, restaurants, grocery stores and parks. It's easy to find places for a good long morning walk. Most important was its proximity to the Gloucester Rd tube stop.Being on more than one tube line is important to us in London since there are occasional lapses in service of one line as repairs are made.

Excellent service and well located.Posted Jun 10, 2015
Pros: Great value provided with a smile at an extremely good location.
Cons: We checked out the hotel breakfast (not included) and decided it was not worth the price, especially with a very good coffee shop across the street.
Location: The real estate adage of "location, location, location" applied across the board. See above answers for details.
Due to an airline strike we arrived late and found our room to be very small, but were too tired to ask for a change. The next morning we asked for and were promptly assigned to a larger, but not huge, and more comfortable room with patio and garden view.. During our week's stay, whenever we had questions or needed help the responses were immediate and with a smile. We received all messages left by callers when we returned to our room. We knew from a prior stay in the area that the location was extremely convenient to the across the street Underground station that is served by three lines. We also knew that it was a few blocks away from great museums and close to many restaurants. We were not disappointed.

Great location for budget stayPosted Jun 1, 2015
Pros: Location is awesome
Cons: The pillows were a bit flat & not very comfy.
Location: Great for tourists, easy commute via Underground. Decent food around.
The hotel is located almost just across Underground station that serves Piccadilly, District & Circle line. So very easy access from LHR to the hotel. There are some decent places to get food around, a Starbucks just few minutes walk, along with KFC & Burger King. If you want to take day tours out of London, most of the operators also provides pickup from around the area of the hotel. Rooms were clean, so were the bathrooms. Though a bit small in size, but can't really ask for anything better for the rate in this location. The elevator/lift was small in size, would not be easy for claustrophobic people (like my wife, she refused to use is after our first day). In general, the staff were friendly. But I didn't see any porter around to help with our luggage. Overall, it was not bad at all.

Tolles Hotel, sehr zentral gelegen.Posted Jun 1, 2015
Pros: Die Lage.
Location: Hyde Park, U-Bahn-Haltestelle

Daarnaast sprak men gebrekkig Engels.
