“Don't Stay Here”
Don't stay here. Rooms are not secure, there was no heat, you have to find your way through the basement to get to a toilet because there is none in your room, and the shower -- an open shower stall installed in a corner of the room -- barely had enough water to wash. The worst hotel I've ever encountered in London.
“Never go back”
The building is very bad and dirty
“Could have been worse...”
Overall, a decent place for the money. As a college student on a tight budget, this worked just fine. There is no elevator, so it was a bit of a workout to get my bags up to the fourth floor. Breakfast was brought to my room in the morning. My biggest complaint is the water here. It may have just been my room or a problem that weekend, but there was barely any pressure and it was difficult to get the hot and the cold to mix well. Also, when the water was turned on, it made a loud noise. For the 2 days I was there, I was able to shower quickly, but any longer and I would have complained. I have faith that if I had complained, it would have been fixed. The staff was very helpful.
“Never again in my life”
The hotel is extremely dirty and uncomfortable. You simply don't feel safe there. SHARED TOILET. Shower was the dirtiest I've ever seen and is basically a box somehow squeezed into a room. Hotel has very bad ventilation system so at night you're dying without air. Provided fan is extremely noisy so you can't sleep anyway. Breakfast is a crap. I'm a student and I'm not a very demanding customer but this is simply not a place for a human being to live in.
“Never again”
Never again will I stay at this "hotel", it was more like a flop house. Dirty, old, and smelled.

Area:
Mayfair - Marylebone, London, England, United Kingdom: Famous for its hotels, Mayfair holds London's most expensive homes and, on Bond Street, its most expensive shops. But the tucked-away pubs, restaurants, and shops of atmospheric Shepherd Market offer affordable local colour, too. Sandwiched between several main roads, Marylebone has a village atmosphere and a charming High Street. Nearby attractions include Madame Tussaud's and the Georgian splendours of Regent's Park, including London Zoo.
