AwfulPosted Dec 2, 2013
I was given stale uht milk for my tea. Bath and sink did not have a plug. When I asked the receptionist for one all she could say is she doesn't have one. ( we bought our own for £1.60 in the hardware shop that is right opposite!!!!! ) continental breakfast to me in not just orange juice and toast. And on our lady day they didn't even answer the phone so we could get breakfast. Which is delivered to your room. I've stayed in better hostel at a quarter of the price. room 12 is very shabby and the staff could do with a lot of training. It's obvious to me they do not care about there jobs and the hotel at all.

Nice HotelPosted Sep 12, 2013
Pros: Close to Marble Arch with easy access to tube and buses for travel around London
Location: Close to Hyde Park and Mable Arch. As its just off Edgeware Road, its also close to shops.
This was our first trip to London and we found it to be quite a stressful place to be. The staff at Boston Court though were nothing like London. They were friendly, accommodating, welcoming, polite and made us feel at home.

poor qualityPosted Aug 18, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is too poor in their quality. Dust is everywhere and not clean. In general the quality not meeting the price.

One star run-down hotel in a great locationPosted Jul 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
I would rate this hotel the same as a very run down Motel 6. Dilapidated room and bath. No shampoo and whatever pieces of soap were left from the previous occupant etc. If you can deal with that then you have a room at a (for central London) reasonable price in a great location. In not, spend at least twice for a decent room in the area or stay outside the core with more comfort at the same price.

Avoid the Boston Court HotelPosted Jul 14, 2013 on Hotels.com
Ugh... Dirty, dirty, dirty! With the mismatched decor and spotty availability of people at the reception desk... This is a place to avoid!

friendly staffPosted Jun 3, 2013
The people were very friendly and helpful. I was able to leave my luggage there until we left for the airport. He had a cab waiting for us when we came back to the hotel to go to the airport.

Great location, poor condition.Posted Apr 18, 2013 on Hotels.com
Despite booking an ensuite room, we had to use a toilet down the stairs which was very dirty.
