Horrible stay Dated room ,threadbare carpet and curtains Rude staff, told me it was my fault I could not get into room as I was not using key cad properly ,turned out to be room lock faulty. Rude staff at breakfast unable to get fresh coffee or even cups on table We were booked to go back in November . I am not going back and have just booked the Radison Blu for £10.00 a night less thAn this rubbish hotel cost Neve ever again will I stay here

Is ok if you going to a show at the 02.

The bar staff at the hotel turn the televisión off when me and my Husband were're chillout after the show at the 02 we just want it to watch the high lights of football match that day, also we was asked to leave the bar where the drinks were served because he was going to close it, also charge £8 more for the room that I book by the web site, on the first place was £120 and when I pay at the reception the total was £128 in total, I want it to have breakfast I pay £20 for two of us ! I prefer to have that in a cafe but for comfort I guess it was a good idea, the staff at the lounge need better organisation and more common sense, I deal with public at all the time is part of my job and my clients expect 100% of me, if I can not give that I better not even think about going to work !!!! The carpet in the room is disgusting the only thing in that room that I can think it was ok was the pillows !! , also not information about when or how we can access to the pool utility, very poor for that value if you not taking notice of this comment and going a head to that experience... So just let me give you my best wishes , good luck !!!!

I am not sure how the price justifies the room/hotel. Not to mention that I arrived after moving from NY fto stay one night with 4 suitcases and there was no one to help with my bags. When I asked the front desk for help to my room, they looked at me like I was foreign.

old hotel, bad location, shady room service

ordered room service from the restaurant, which was terrible. when the waitress delivered the food and took my money to pay, she tried to steal the change by saying i gave her different bills. the hotel staff sorted the situation after i threatened to call the police. this hotel is cheap for london standards, but the quality of everything is terrible. and the location is in the middle of nowhere, very little restaurants around the area at night.

They are currently doing a lot of renovations. Beds were very uncomfortable. Location is ok a bit out of the way tourist wise but is in the financial district.

This hotel is located in a very specific area and not convenient to anything in London except Canary Wharf. Hotel was OK, clean and comfortable but just felt off somehow! We were looking for a more interesting area, this wasn't it.

the executive room which we were automatically upgraded to had fantastic view over thames and canary wharf aircon worked well & large flat screen tv worked the room was very big the staff were very helpful and efficient I/we will definitely stay there again on my next business trip to London/canary wharf ***** STAR HOTEL

Could have stayed somewhere else

Pros: Some of the front desk personnel were very helpful to make our stay more comfortable and i appreciate that
Cons: Total renovation of the whole place, Make the breakfast more enticing, etc
Location: The location is near the tube, about 5-7 minute walk
Could have stayed in a better place. The whole place needs to be renovated. The carpets in the room and hallways are in tatters and worn out. The place smells of cigarette and being stale. The breakfast has limited choices not compatible to its 13 pound cost. You have to pay for the use of its Gym. There is so much more to tell.

Cons: The helpfulness of the staff.
I booked 20 people in to the hotel and the majority of people reported issues with the beds being uncomfortable. Some of the team had to walk up a tight spiral staircase to get from their door to their room which I wasn't notified of when booking, and the reception staff were very unhelpful. I had to check six of the group in and take their bags up to the rooms. The concierge ignored me when I entered the hotel so the taxi driver kindly helped me with the bags. Once I had checked in I asked for assistance to get the bags to the room but was told that they were busy so were unable to help me - considering that two of the receptionists were talking to each other about their night and there was no-one queuing behind me I was unimpressed. I had heard good things about the hotel but it definitely didn't live up to expectations.
