Cons: nothing
Location: very close to the quay, close to a new shopping complex and the underground station

Pros: Excellent value for money, and nice hotel.
Location: Location is good, right in Canary Wharf and close to the O2 and Liverpool Street.
Stayed here a few times before. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and tidy. This time my room wasn't as big but had a great view of the city and the O2, I think that my previous stay I was given a better room free of charge. The pool facilities are great. Will definatly stay again.

Hotel looks impressive but isn't

Hotel staff never smiled not friendly. Breakfast was a frenzy. Swimming pool n facilities dowdy n in need of paint. Room service pestered to get in room to clean despite it only being 9am. One spoke no English so didn't understand what she was asking. Wouldn't stay again.

Short overnight pleasant stay

We had an overnight stay there and found the hotel staff to be welcoming and helpful, the hotel and rooms were v clean and I would stay there again. The only negative comment I would make is that the hotel rooms and most definitely the pool area could do with updating.

Glory days were some years ago

Cons: Lots.
Location: Close to the customer meeting I had to go to. Otherwise, I would have stayed closer to the centre of the city.
The hotel was probably nice some time ago but not it is looking very sad: threadbare carpets, broken lampshades, filthy windows, ... the list goes on. It liked like the hotel is being run on a budget: not only is it in need of some tlc, windows to a noisey building site are left open to avoid using air con and there is no way to close without calling housekeeping (who do not answer the phone); not enough staff around to check in meaning long queues at 4pm; an extra bed is squeezed into a room so it can be called a "family room". On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and the free wifi was good enough to watch TV (iplayer).

Overnight stop for business

Pros: Staff and public areas.
Cons: Upkeep of room condition - nothing major.
Location: Location very convenient for Canary Wharf tube station.
Hotel room 405 was an upgrade on arrival, so expected better. Bathroom sink plug faulty. Window permanently open - tilted out, hinged at bottom with no handles to pull shut. Outside air conditioners very noisy, but strangely enough, the room air conditioner did not work. Room temperature indicated 26.5. Otherwise room was fine.
