“Good Hotel”

The Hotel has a very good location, near Paddington Station, the neighborhood is nice and there are a lot of restaurants near it. The Hotel has a nice and modern decoration, with excelent service; all personnel are kind and willing to help. The Restaurant has good food, you have options for breakfast: Buffet or Full English Breakfast. The Free Internet at the Lobby is a Plus. Room service is available with good food too. Room is small, as expected but clean and just with needed decoration; the safe box is extremely useful. The only observation I have is with the Cleaning Service, I left a bag with trash and was never pick up,.... I took my own bath towel and one day we return and it dissapear, then when we return another day the dishes from the room service were still there.

“Clean and fair value”

My room was very small indeed but that is what I paid for. Everthing worked as promised, breakfasts were good, and newspapers were available and computing, including printing, also. The computerised monitor in my room was annoying when I had to surf through options to get to the simple free-to-air TV which is all I wanted, but others might have different needs and want something more complicated, The hotel seems heavily occupied and I did not see any problems arise with others.

“Will stay again”

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location was very good and convenient, Paddington station is an important hub in and out of the city. It's also close to the Bayswater/ queensway area with lots of shopping and eating options. The room for single is not big but it's clean and comfortable. I will stay again.

“Stylish and well located”

Very nice hotel. Seems to be part of a small Spanish chain. Was only staying one night will late check-in and early departure in the morning (so didn't get to sample the breakfast). From what I saw I would be tempted to return to stay longer. Good location just a stone's throw from Paddington Station. Nice area.

“Great location”

This hotel is on a nice quit street just a short walk from a number of tube stations. Queensway, Bayswater, and Padington are all with in a 10-15min walk. The hotel is very clean and modern. Staff is very friendly and eager to help. The bar and returant have good food and is served in a fairly quick manner. I stayed for about 2 weeks and could not ask for any thing to be better.

“Excellent Value Hotel”

Having paid relatively little for one night at this hotel I wasn't expecting it to be so nice. The comtemporary style of this hotel continued from the Reception area to the room (534), although I was confused by the floorplan, as the rooms in the 500s started on the ground floor and my room was in the basement! There was obviously a spanish connection and overall the quality of the hotel was much better than others I had stayed at. Maybe the condition was due to the fact that most of the fittings looked quite new.
