“Great neighborhood, tiny room”

The neighborhood is great. Less than 10 minutes from Paddington Station and Bayswater Station. Lots of little shops to visit just a few blocks away. Very quiet, tree lined street. Like all the other reviews state, these rooms are small. The closet is more like a couple of hooks to hang your clothes on. There is no place to store your suitcase, so you will end up walking around it while you are there. The shower only has half a door, when you shower you get half the bathroom wet. The staff is very helpful but keep in mind that English is a second language to most. Overall, the place is a great deal for the money. I would stay here again, no questions asked.

“loved it!!!”

This was my first time to London and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It was very close to the bus stops and underground, making it easy to get around the city. Our room was spacious and very clean. Everything seemed new and above all it was dead silent at night! I would stay here again for sure.

“Clean hotel with good service in a pleasant neighborhood”

Service in particular was great. I arrived very early in the morning and was able to check in, even though official check-in time was a couple of hours away. I even received a free upgrade because there was no other room available in the category I had booked.

“Good Hotel”

The Hotel has a very good location, near Paddington Station, the neighborhood is nice and there are a lot of restaurants near it. The Hotel has a nice and modern decoration, with excelent service; all personnel are kind and willing to help. The Restaurant has good food, you have options for breakfast: Buffet or Full English Breakfast. The Free Internet at the Lobby is a Plus. Room service is available with good food too. Room is small, as expected but clean and just with needed decoration; the safe box is extremely useful. The only observation I have is with the Cleaning Service, I left a bag with trash and was never pick up,.... I took my own bath towel and one day we return and it dissapear, then when we return another day the dishes from the room service were still there.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location was very good and convenient, Paddington station is an important hub in and out of the city. It's also close to the Bayswater/ queensway area with lots of shopping and eating options. The room for single is not big but it's clean and comfortable. I will stay again.

“Great location”

This hotel is on a nice quit street just a short walk from a number of tube stations. Queensway, Bayswater, and Padington are all with in a 10-15min walk. The hotel is very clean and modern. Staff is very friendly and eager to help. The bar and returant have good food and is served in a fairly quick manner. I stayed for about 2 weeks and could not ask for any thing to be better.
