Amazing property. Especially with our first time visiting London this was the perfect place to stay. Facilities and rooms are unbeatable and I love how there’s bars and restaurants within the hotel for the days where you’re feeling a little jet-lagged. Staff is superb and always willing to help. Only snag was that I made sure to include breakfast for 3 people in our stay as we didn’t want to deal with the hassle of going out for breakfast every morning, but they somehow did not see that I paid for it. Had to go down and show proof that I paid for this, as I’d have no reason to lie about that… but once resolved staff was very apologetic and even left chocolates in the room. Overall, one of my favorite 5-star hotels I’ve stayed in and feels very modern and renovated. Would stay here again!

Amazing hotel. Beautiful and of the highest quality. Service was stellar. Wish they gave toothbrush and shaving kit. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

Great hotel with very modern features.
One of the best hotels I have stayed in London. The only glitch was that when checking in the desk failed to mention that I had received an upgraded room and when Hotels.com asked me I said no which resulted in a call from the manager who also sent me a bottle of Champagne. I loved the comfort and service of this hotel and will return.

Amazing stay - over the top hotel staffs

Overall pleasant stay however we had several issues through our stay which makes us wonder if we will visit again. We stayed in hotel second time, the first stay was perfect hence we booked it again. This time the check in took a bit long on arrival, we didn’t had the complementary wine in room which we needed to chase up. The Bluetooth system to connect your phone was a bit clumsy and was disconnecting while playing music, electric blinds time to time didn’t work as well as table lamp we coudnt switch

10th Anniversary Treat
Fabulous hotel in a prime location. All staff were polite, helpful and friendly but unobtrusive. The room was elegant and exceptionally well appointed. We had a great view of Regent Street St James but due to the very good triple glazing we could pick and choose whether we experienced the sounds associated with such a position. The spa is a must as is breakfast! We were wowed by the staircases and lifts too! Thank you to everyone at Cafe Royal for the lovely little touches that made our 10th Anniversary a real treat.

Very friendly and welcoming staff in all areas , Reception, Bar , Restaurant and Lounge as well as concierge. The rooms were immaculate, very comfortable and full of electronic wizardry. Definitely worthy it’s 5 star status.

Positive: Phenomenal location ; Excellent spa and pool facilities with great staff there.. Negative: small bar with slow and unhappy service - felt like we were doing them the favour being there. Have a look at the Ned if you want more onsite entertainment.

Wonderful hotel
Lovely stay in the hotel cafe royal, in a perfect location for exploring theatreland, shops and cultural London. The room was stylish and people working there were all friendly and efficient, particularly notable were the lady who checked us in and a lady who served our breakfast on the last day. The spa facilities and staff are excellent. We had an amazing breakfast included but were unsure if there was an extra charge for the cooked element but there wasn’t. TV in the bathroom mirror is a smart idea, tv in the room is a little small to see from the bed and we couldn’t work out how to get subtitles. But this minor thing didn’t spoil our five star stay.
