Only a few minutes walk from Blackwall Light Rail Station but not signposted. The hotel is situated in the middle of some new mega riversides developments.Don't get off the train at Canary Wharf and try to walk unless you know the way.I did and got lost. The problem is getting across the various stretches of water which comprise the old docks. The hotel told me that Canary wharf with it's many bars and restaurants is only 15 minutes walk away. I am sure this is right but the need the directions first.
Hotel itself is superb.Situated right on the river with panoramic views.Lobby has the wow factor.Reception staff were some of the most helpful I have ever met.All spotlessly clean and well maintained.Great food.Spa is bit of a trip in its own right.Sauna but shame no pool.Great relaxation room with hot tiled beds to lie on afterwards overlooking the river.
Pretty easy to great to get into Central London.12 minutes on Docklands Light Rail will get to Bank Station then change onto Central Line

Excellent guest se vices provided from every department I touched. 24 hour room service and gym and trust me when you can't sleep those gym hours came in handy. Food outlets were delish too! I'd stay here again, there is no better location!

This hotel was recommended to us by our son. He said it was very much like an American hotel in terms of size of the room. Since we were staying seven nights, we wanted a comfortable room. It was also near Victoria Station which was a plus for us. The hostess in the breakfast room was wonderful, and the food was wonderful too. We really enjoyed our stay there.

The Radisson Blu in Mercer Street is a fantastically located hotel for the West End theatres and the area around is extremely pleasant. Staff were very helpful and our superior double, although on the small side was located at the back and was lovely and quiet, there was good attention to detail and the cleanliness could not be faulted. We did eat in the restaurant attached (Scoff & Banter) which had a nice atmosphere and found the food good but not exceptional. We would definitely stay here again.
