Nice hotel ideally located in LondonPosted Aug 13, 2014
Pros: Cheap and ideally located
Location: Walking distance from coach and train stations, and many top London attractions, e.g. Buckingham Palace, Big Ben etc
Great value for a simple room. Room was very clean, bedding, bathroom etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Stay at Carlton, London VictoriaPosted Jul 29, 2014
Pros: Good location for the tube stations
Cons: better beds and pillows
Ok for the price. Bathroom too small - the shower and toilet are in a cubicle the size of a flight cabin toilet. It is difficult to sit comfortably on the toilet seat. The bed and pillows are hard and uncomfortable. The staff are pleasant and helpful

Close to all main attractionsPosted Jul 9, 2014
The Carlton is a little rough around the edges, but if you are just wanting a room to put your head down at night then it is fine.

Nice Location, tiny roomsPosted Jul 8, 2014
Pros: Location and the rates
The room was a great location and that was our main highlight. The rooms were kind of small for 3 people and there was no lift, so bags had to be lugged up to the 4th floor.

Waste of money, rude staff and crap hotelPosted Jul 7, 2014
Trust me. Do not go to this hotel base on my experience. If you people doesnt want to get frustrated. Find something else. They're so expensive but facilities is like a jail.

very close to London Tube station.Posted Jun 7, 2014
Pros: Cost, value for your money.
Cons: Bed and pillows could have been softer. Larger TV was needed. Free local call would have been appreciated. Breakfast needs a lot of improvement.
Location: Near London Tube station (3-4 minute walk) and the 24 bus stop was almost a front door.
Breakfast was disappointing. Room are small, but value for your money. Bed is little hard and pillow was not soft. Close to London Tube station and 24 bus stop was a minute walk. Not recommended as a family stay. Nice place for someone looking for low cost with no thrills. Staff very helpful and friendly. Wi-Fi was very very weak, but great for cost.

Acceptable but hotPosted Jun 4, 2014
Pros: Pretty clean.
Cons: The temperature!
Location: Good location for Vauxhall clubs.
The hotel was "fine", but the room was absolutely boiling with no fan or air conditioning. The breakfast room had the heating on in the middle of summer and was hotter still!

Great, friendly service; however the room and bathroom were small. Bathroom was recently renovated. The bed was slightly uncomfortable. The front desk staff was incredibly hospitable and helped us with all of our requests. Overall, good experience.

Unfriendly receptionistPosted May 18, 2014 on Hotels.com
Generally, the stay is ok, except for the receptionist on duty at the morning of May 12, 2014. The other receptionist and staff are ok.

One of the worst experiences everPosted May 14, 2014
Pros: Nothing in the hotel but loved Pimlico area
The smallest room I have ever been in and to add to that the shower room was unbelievably small!! To add to the horrid experience was the heating was on and it was one of the warmest nights so far this year, to make matters worse I could not turn it off and had to get the hotel staff to turn it off using a pair of pliers!!! Never stay here!!!
