Hotel room very tinyPosted Dec 18, 2013
Pros: The people were nice and the hotel was clean.
Cons: The bathroom facilities
Location: The location was very good and close to Victoria Station
The room was so small, I couldn't unpack my bag and had to spread my bag on the bed each time I got dressed. The bathroom was so small I couldn't use the toilet after taking a shower as the everything was soaking wet & or dripping from humidity. Also, the bathroom had a unpleasant distinct odor.

Brilliant locationPosted Sep 22, 2013
The hotel staff was friendly and helpful with all of my questions. The location of the hotel was also incredible, central and most attractions are in walking distance.

Small rooms, but location makes it worthwhile. Very nice breakfast provided daily.

talk about smallPosted Sep 14, 2013
Pros: staff was friendly
Cons: The size of the rooms and add a functioning AC
Location: The location was close to two subway stations.
The bathroom (including the shower, toilet and sink) could not have been larger than 8 square feet. The double bed barely fit in the room. There was absolutely no space to move around in the room. The hotel did not have a functioning AC (if it had one at all) and it was in the high 80s most of our stay. However, the staff was very nice and helpful. Also, the photo implies that the hotel is large, But the building has 4 or 5 hotels in it.

Central house LondonPosted Aug 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
We stayed there for 3 nights, the room was really small and not a lot of room to move. The bathroom was small as well. It was basically a walk in shower with the sink and toilet in the shower area. The location however was really good. It was close to the victoria station and made access to metro and bus tours easy. It was also located in a nice area. Not scary to walk around during day or night.

Great hotel in a great location!Posted Aug 24, 2013
Pros: Location and the room was lovely!
Cons: The window. It was broken and so we could hear EVERYTHING from outside, constantly sounded like it was wide open but was shut. Really old!
Location: Centrally located within walking distance of all major tourist destinations.
Stay at the hotel was great as only used for relaxing and sleeping. Having a TV with so many channels was excellent for me as I am a bit of a TV fanatic. Was within walking distance of all major tourist destinations including Buckingham palace, Big Ben, Houses of Parliament etc as well as Victoria train and coach station. Staff were really helpful and friendly and the complimentary breakfast was FANTASTIC!!

Basement room number 3 had no ventilation, just a fan. Window view was a corridor. Room very small, was just adiquate for our needs.

Basic hotel. I was in one of the basement rooms that had no view and very small bathroom. The room was very clean and had a good selection of tea, coffee etc... All staff were very helpfull and friendly.

Central House Hotel, LondonPosted Aug 14, 2013
Pros: Cleanliness. Friendly and helpful staff. Especially good for backpackers and people on limited budget.
Cons: Elevator speed.
Location: Well located for use by London buses and two tube lines (Picadilly and Victoria)
Found the staff and hotel pleasing, but the rooms were so tiny that we were unable to even spread out our suitcases to use the contents.
