Cons: Everything else!
Location: This is very close to the British Museum, Tottenham Court Road, Oxford Street and Covent Garden
Whilst I realise that this is a budget hotel, it does purport to be 3*. The only thing it really has going for it is location. I have never stayed in an hotel before that does not offer tea and coffee making facilities. Expedia quotes that the cost for breakfast and Wi-Fi are each £9.99, when in fact breakfast is £11.99 and 24 hours of Wi-Fi is £12.99 - extortionate in this day and age. My room was reasonably clean but very dated. The only window treatments were wooden blinds, which did not fit the windows correctly and did not reach the bottom of the windows. A problem when you're only on the first floor as it means people at street level can see in. The beds were rock hard. The pillows were wafer thin and the bedding consisted of a sheet, a tatty blanket and a counterpane. I slept very little. The bathroom was very small, but functional. There was an empty shampoo bottle left on the floor. Water pressure was good. At about 7.00am the fire alarms on my floor went off twice. I rang reception and was told this was because "someone had tried to take a shower". Fortunately, I had already had mine, so got dressed and left this wretched place for a Starbucks where I could get coffee, breakfast and free Wi-Fi.

Terrible hotel.Posted Sep 5, 2014
The people where rude. The rooms where smaller then a phone box. They smelt, they said bar but there was no bar. A lot further away to places then first said. We checked in and 3 hours later checked out.
