Way too hard to check in --you have to abut an hour away into a dodgy area of London -- and pay 30 pounds extra fro the privilege

was good location for what i needed but check-in is off-site 20 mins away and this wasn't obvious on the hotel description. The bed was uncomfortable and the duvet was very small. I wouldn't be rushing back to this place.

You need to read to the end of the booking details to understand that check-in takes place a few miles away. Apart from that the apartment is super.

Not ideal if you are on a business trip

Location of the property is good. I was traveling to London on a 2 days business trip and had booked this hotel through Hotels.com website. I had requested for an early check-in at 12.30 which was confirmed to me by email. However on reaching the hotel, to my shock I was told that I have to collect the keys of my room from their office - which is 30 minutes from hotel. This was NOT mentioned to me during or after booking. This is simply ridiculous as you can not be expected to first visit their office in a far corner of London city and collect keys ot your room. Despite number of calls, their office was not at all helpful and were not even willing to make alternate arrangements to send me keys/cancel my room. I ended up spending taxi fare to collect the keys in the evening and had to caary my luggage to my client office for meeting -- which was embarassing. On top, WIFI was not working as promised..Overall very poor experience and would not recommend this hotel to anyone coming on business visit. Rgds,AK

I was really disappointed the furniture very uncomfortable the sheets and towels and duvet inadequate except for very small people no service no changes of the linen But worst of all is the total inconvenience of where you have to pick up the keys its ludicrous this is a lettings business trying to make more money by saying its an apartment hotel it isn't its an apartment. Also the penalties and the rules are ridiculous which makes you think they are out to get you Dont stay unless you are desperate foe a room its not worth the hassle.

Lovely Place to Stay, BUT really bad checking in

The apartment is Lovely and has everything you could need, however you have to go to the office in Camden to collect your keys and then make your way to the Apartment, the whole process took just over an hour!!! not good after a long day and 9pm at night (Walking down very dark streets to find offices and then the hotel) WHY they can not have a collection service at the apartments? The Apartment had everything you could need even though some bits of furniture were a little bashed and in need of replacement.

Very nice apartment

This apartment is very clean and modern - with free wi-fi. Approx. 7 minute walk to the Chancery Lane tube station. The downside is the broken lift and you have to check-in at a different location (inconvenient when you have to lug your luggage around the tube - would recommend taking the cab).
