Great hotel!

Posted Sep 20, 2014
Pros: The room.
Cons: Wi-Fi signal
Location: Close to St. Paul's Cathedral and Museum of London.
The hotel was great. We loved that there was a small kitchen in the room, so we could have breakfast in the room. The size of the studio was big enough for 2 people. Bathroom was spacious too. I will be looking in to Citadines hotels in other cities now!

Convenient Location and Good Value

Posted Aug 26, 2014
Pros: Location is great. Facilities of the room are very handy, though murphy bed is a bit challenging sometimes.
Cons: Room servicing and stocking up of more towels and toilet paper for guests staying more than 3 nights.
The Apart-hotel is a nice compromise to a cramped old room in other parts of London. The location cant be beat and the in-room amenities are very helpful. It is a bit painful that they don't service the room more than once during a 9 day stay (one runs out of toilet paper and has to embarrassingly ask for more at the front desk), but otherwise it is a well run and equipped hotel. I would stay there again for sure and have done so a number of times now

Convenient hotel

Posted Jul 16, 2014
We had three days to kill in London, and looked for an affordable hotel online. The Citadine was in a very convenient location, and had good feedback. The room was well equipped despite its small size, - only just enough space to walk around the bed. The place was clean, had a good bathroom (shower over bath) loads of storage, and a kitchenette. My fussy 15 year old daughter didn't complain once. All I would suggest it lacks is a cafetiere or similar coffee making device

Perfect for a concert at the Barbican

Posted Jul 6, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness, convenient location.
Cons: The rubber mat in the bath is faintly depressing!
Location: Great location if you need to be in the City of London. There is a Tesco Express just along the road if you need any provisions
Nicer bedding than I've previously experienced at a Citadines. And there was a small quantity of tea/coffee/sugar/UHT which would probably do you if you are just there for one night. Super clean, as always, and surprisingly quiet given the location on Goswell Road.

Absolutely outstanding hotel: you MUST stay here.

This is an excellent hotel, with all of the amenities you would expect and some you wouldn't. We stayed in a murphy-bed room, just 25 square metres but so incredibly well-designed that you'd think it was twice the size. A small but highly functional kitchen and bathroom, a good-sized living space with two chairs, a desk and a nesting table. This hotel is so good, we will look for the same chain in other cities when we travel in the future. For us, it was the high-water mark of our European trip.

Close to tube

Pros: The little kitchen is brilliant.
Location: Close to the tube
Hotel staff very helpful. We booked a double room but were given one with a drop down bed. We went back to reception and they changed it immediately. Nothing too much trouble and always smiling.
