Fabulous location, great neighbourhood.Posted Oct 13, 2014
Pros: The location was brilliant, close to public transport and I loved the kitchenette, the bed was very comfortable as well.
Cons: The mirror in the bathroom was located so low that we had to sit on a chair to use it!
Location: Close to Kensington Palace/Gardens (which is worth a visit) and public transport. Very easy to get to all the tourist attractions from the apartments.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the apartments were close to Gloucester Road Underground station, buses, supermarkets, banks etc and if you're up for it you can even walk through Kensington Gardens all the way into London (which we did to take in all of what this great city has to offer!) The apartments are perfect for travellers who want to be self sufficient but there were always fresh towels each day and the kitchenette had everything you need. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet, perfect to unwind after a busy day exploring London! The safe in the room was a bonus as was the coffee machine in reception area, we did have a few issues getting the WiFi connected but once this was sorted it was all good. Highly recommended, would definitely return!

Enjoyed my stayPosted Aug 8, 2014
Citidenes on Gloucester Rd offers excellent service in a convenient location. Close to the London underground railway and close to good shops and cafés. I particularly appreciated the assistance from the staff, who were able to help with nearly all my requests.

Great LocationPosted Jun 28, 2014 on Hotels.com
We stayed 4 nights. Quiet and cute village area with terrific places to eat all meals. The bedding was somewhat comfortable. Tight Quarters for 3 Tall people but managed. No Vents/A/C in bathroom(separate toilet too). Leave main door to living quarters open at all times for ventilation. WIFI poor( intermittent). Front desk people friendly. Front lobby with a nice hospitality station. Convenient to stores, the Underground, nearby parks and attractions. Loved the convenience but not the price.

CitadinesPosted Jun 24, 2014
Location: We loved the pub on the next corner and it had delicious pies.
We stayed at Citadines towards the end of May 2014 , the staff were very helpful. We found it close to everything we wanted to see , with the underground close by. It is comfortable and well priced.

Good place to stay in LondonPosted Jun 20, 2014
Pros: Great and helpful staff. The accommodations were good.
Cons: Laundry facilities
Location: Very close to Kensington Palace and gardens and Albert's Hall. Not far from the Metro/Underground to other sights.
The hotel/apartment was well appointed with what was expected (kitchen). Staff addressed concerns that we experienced. The staff members were very polite and helpful. The laundry facilities were a bit disappointing and expensive.

A Great hotel in Gloucester Road, London.Posted Jun 16, 2014
Pros: Location. It's accessability to food markets, good pubs and restaurants and the underground.
Cons: The bed. Our suggestion would be for a nightlight on the landing so that we would not have had to leave the lights on in the bathroom at night.
Location: The location was perfect for getting on the underground to connect to anywhere. Great pubs, restaurants, food markets.
We were on the 6th floor and had an elevator to it. On entry there was free fresh coffees which we enjoyed every day. Our place had a full kitchen and family room with flat screen T.V. sleeper sofa and table and chairs for two, then you went upstairs to a full bedroom with great storage closet and full bathroom. We had a great vacation here and overall the Hotel was good value. For some the stairs would not be ideal.
