Great location, very spaciousPosted Oct 9, 2014
Love this place, start to finish. Staff were extremely unprofessional including the manager woman with dark hair. She reprimanded other staff in front of guests and it just left a bad taste in the mouth. She should not be in hospitality.

Good small hotel near Covent GardenPosted Oct 7, 2014
Pros: Location. Free chilled water and bottles.
Cons: Club Quarters used to have drinks and snacks for guests in the lobby area however it appears that this is no longer the case.
Location: Near center of London with all things being easily reached either by walking or the tube, the nearest tube station being about a block away
I recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend in London. It is small and quiet and is in a great location to walk to Covent Garden, Leicester Sq, the theatre district etc . Even Oxford Street and shopping is easily walk-able (although there is quite a bit of shopping around Covent Gardens as well). Although the Hotel backs on to a busy street, it faces Lincolns Inn Fields which is a very quiet park. The hotel itself is quite quiet.. The rooms are small but nicely laid out and beds are very comfortable. The nearest tube station, Holborn, is about a five minute walk from the hotel.

Nice hotel in a great locationPosted Oct 3, 2014
This hotel is close to Holborn tube station and our room faced towards Lincoln's Inn Fields. The room was a little small but very well kitted out and comfortable. We used the hotel as a base to visit the west end and to walk into central London - it's perfect for this.

Club QuartersPosted Sep 30, 2014
Pros: There was nothing special to report.
Cons: The room should be upgraded.
Location: Location was good if you want to be in the Bloomsbury area.
This hotel was satisfactory as far as providing the basics. Our room faced a courtyard where people walked close by so the curtains had to be kept drawn giving a claustrophobic feel to it. The room was crowded and rather worn. The coffee machine in the morning was broken. Also, no one answered the phone when our daughter called the hotel in the morning.

Pros: Good location for theatres, friendly staff
Location: 10 minute walk to covent garden and theatre land
Nice quiet hotel set behind a main road, although our room overlooked the road there was no traffic noise. Hotel reception staff were warm and welcoming, an extra pillow provided within minutes of request

Long weekend in londonPosted Sep 2, 2014
Pros: Great location, helpful staff, comfortable rooms.
Cons: The only thing I would like improved or altered is the availability of the free snacks at the weekends also.I know predominantly it's a buisness hotel
Location: Within walking distance of covent garden,Leicester square, piccadily circus and the majority of westend theatres.
Having stayed here before I was hoping this trip would come up to previous standards. This time it surpassed them, great situation, pleasant helpful staff and clean comfortable rooms. I would not fail to recommend this hotel to any friends, family etc.I look forward to staying there again in the future.
