Family Weekend in LondonPosted Jan 27, 2015
Pros: large well provisioned rooms, very comfortable.
Cons: The staff!
Location: Excellent loccation in the beautiful Lincolns Inn Fields and very close (walking distance) to Covent Garden.
The hotel was excellent but they took a £800 security deposit which wasn't explained very well and depite assurances that it wouldn't register with the bank it actually showed as a debit on the account. When we checked out and raised our concerns the staff checking us out was not helpful and very condesending.

Zentral gelegen, ideal für die GeschäftsreisendePosted Jan 16, 2015
Pros: Zentral gelegen, dennoch ruhig. 5 Min zum Metro. Zimmer groß, sauber, behobene Ausstattung, sehr guter Arbeitsplatzbereich.

Good value hotel in quiet central locationPosted Jan 4, 2015
Pros: Price, location, comfort and cleanliness
Location: Very close to Covent Garden, 20 minute walk to Oxford Street, close to the river and theatres.
Stayed over New Year. We usually stay in more expensive hotels when we're in London but to our surprise this ticked all the boxes and more. The location is ideal on a quiet square but within walking distance of all the sights and shopping locations. It is also very handy for the Holborn tube station which serves several lines. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, service was always efficient and reception staff were helpful if you needed them to be. Rooms were compact but more than adequate for a stay in London when you tend to spend most of your time elsewhere. Accommodation was clean and comfortable as were the beds; bedding was nice quality. Our bathroom was spotlessly clean and the shower was powerful. All in all this was a great choice and we will definitely return rather than booking a more expensive hotel.

Fastest free WiFi. A must for business travelersPosted Jan 2, 2015
Pros: WiFi, location near Covent Garden, free filtered water.
Cons: Some rooms are an odd shape, so you need to request the room you want.
Location: Covent Garden -- Royal Opera House, Coliseum, shopping, London Silver Vaults.
Allowed me to have early check in after an international flight. I did have to keep requesting a room with a park view though. Great to have fast WiFi, also free filtered water on the same floor. The lunch time snacks and 24/7 coffee/tea in the lobby were also great.

I chose because of show I was seeingPosted Dec 29, 2014
Pros: Location for my activities
Cons: I know I didn't book a twin, but your web site leaves the impression that I would receive an extra bed.
Location: Great for West End, five minute walk from shows, plus in that same area you get on the open top bus tours and really get to see London and its history
I stayed here as I was watching a show with my 8 year old daughter, it would of been nice to receive the cool mineral water that was advertised after a day of traveling but it was no issue really. The room? Well I was expecting another bed for my daughter but ended up sharing (but the bed was big enough) to be honest you would have thought they would do something about that on the booking, at least emailed me that we would have to share as i was under the impression that another bed would be brought in but to be honest there is no chance of squeezing another bed in that room, we also had a great view of some sort of court yard if you like that sort of thing. For me the main thing was it being walking distance from the show we was seeing. There are a few shows which are only a five minute walk, which makes this hotel ideal for this sort of thing and the area is pretty safe so you can walk back too. Would I stay here again?? I'm afraid it's only a maybe for me, the staff were courteous and professional the hotel itself was clean and well presented but I just expected more for my money.
