Quiet in central LondinPosted Jul 29, 2014
Very clean, friendly staff. Super quiet despite being in Central London. Perfect, even water bottles available in the hall free to take out touring around.

Mini City BreakPosted Jul 28, 2014
Pros: The cleanliness and location - 5 minutes from Holborn underground.
Cons: Nothing that I saw, but as I mentioned previously, we only spent one night here.
Location: 5 minutes walk from Holborn underground station, 10 minutes walk from Covent Garden and all of its niceties! A beautiful park lays in front of you.
Only stayed for one night, was a whistle stop! Very nice location, uber clean rooms, nothing to grumble about really, just a nice place to stay for my girlfriend and I for the night whilst we spent a couple of days shopping in London.

Good locationPosted Jul 27, 2014
Overall a comfortable and convenient place to stay. It is well located for Covent Garden. The facilities are new and the room was light with a good view of the park. The air conditioning could perhaps have been a little more effective.

3 nights in LondonPosted Jul 23, 2014
Pros: Location, room size and the Hotel staff.
Cons: For the price I think that breakfast should have been included
Location: Very close to Holborn underground, easy transport to Heathrow. Good selection of pubs and restaurants nearby.
The Hotel was well located for what we wanted to see and do in London. The room was very roomy and comfortable. The Hotel staff were extremely helpful and polite.

Front Desk staff should recognise that they are in hospitality business and carry a smile and should have pleasant disposition

Fantastic location and really quietPosted Jun 29, 2014
Pros: Location Quiet
Cons: Air conditioning was hopeless
Hotel is in a great location easy walk to Covent garden and Leicester square. Just off the main road so it lovely and quiet which Is unusual for a London hotel. Staff were really helpful. The room was very clean. There is no restaurant in the hotel so you have to go out for breakfast which was fine. There is a back entrance which takes you out to the main road right next to Bill's. You can get a lovely breakfast there much cheaper than traditional hotel breakfasts. You can get back in this way as well to go back to your room. The only downside was that the air conditioning was hopeless. Had it on full blast and didn't make any difference.

Excellent hotel, good access to London centrePosted Jun 17, 2014
Pros: Good value for money
Cons: Nothing I can think of
Location: Close to Holborn Tube station, well placed for London's West End, Theatres, Galleries etc.
This hotel is excellent value for money. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well designed and have high quality fixtures and fittings. There is no restaurant but this is not a problem as there are plenty of restaurants and cafes all around it.
