Pros: unlimited purified water and help-yourself in room coffee refills were serious perks.
Cons: A little light on square footage, though not bad for central London.
Great location RIGHT off Trafalgar Square, minimalist but very comfortable. Unlimited purified water and help-yourself in room coffee refills were serious perks.

Nice hiatalPosted Oct 23, 2014
Pros: Near trafalga and near all the sites. Nice Italian meal and aperol spritz in attached restaurant
Cons: I have been lots of times and I think there should be a loyalty card
Good. Been many times before and returned. It is a bit over priced but it is a good base to explore London This is a really silly box that won't let you get out of gi in less you write a load of twaddle

Great hotel in Trafalgar SquarePosted Oct 13, 2014
Pros: Location, comfort and luxury
Cons: The room is rather small. Handicap access is not available at the front of the hotel.
Location: Trafalgar Square, National Gallery, Leicester Square, Covent Garden
This hotel is centrally located in Trafalgar Square, near all the shopping around Leicester Square and Covent Garden. The room furnishing is new and modern. Even though the room is rather small (about 15 sqm), it has everything one needs. The hotel bar/lounge is world class, and the lobby exemplifies old-world grandeur. The living room area is quiet, comfortable, and stacked with drinks and newspapers. Wifi signal is strong and well covered. Free water is available on each floor.

Wonderful hotel and very centralPosted Oct 11, 2014
Pros: Very central
Location: perfect location for us. We could walk everywhere in London during the 4 days we were there. Close to Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace, tour buses.
Everyone very helpful and pleasant. Room was very clean and quiet. We could hear the subway but it didn't bother us. It stopped at midnight so it was not a bothersome noise.

Hurrah for Expedia bargainsPosted Oct 11, 2014
Pros: All of the above, plus a great location for Trafalgar Square, the West End, etc.
Cons: I had no wants.
Location: Trafalgar Square (National Gallery, etc) Westminster just down the road. Theatre district a 10 minute walk, Leicester Sq cinemas 5 minutes.
I would rate the true value of my overnight stay at perhaps £190 or more. The hotel was very nice... nicer than I usually treat myself to, but the room was available at a bargain price, so I went for it. As ever, the attention, attitude and courtesy of the staff made a huge diggerence. The architecture was impressive, and not badly "improved" by the ditates of modern demands for assets to provide a return. But don't imagine one of those stuck-in-the-past dinosaurs... all "mod cons" (and then some... a way to stream my tablet to my TV!) were present. I don't usually use ion house breakfast facilities.... but as I went by the dining room, I couldn't resist the tempting aromas and atmosphere.... and was not disappointed (Used it again on another visit.)

Great location!Posted Oct 10, 2014
Great little hotel. Super staff, clear facility, original ideas. Small room, but perfect for a single traveller or young couple. Added touches like ice water, white noise machine, yoga gear in room are VERY nice...Overall superb, and right off Trafalgar Sq

Business meeting in LondonPosted Oct 8, 2014
Pros: Location, location, location
Cons: Dull and uninspiring décor in rooms and corridors
Location: By Trafalgar square so plenty to do......if you are on hols!
Efficient check in, dull bedroom although quite large for London. Shower 'built' into room -- very odd. Bar service surly and restaurant food was good. Check out good Overall, reasonable experience in an old government building converted into hotel.

Great location near Trafalgar SquarePosted Oct 6, 2014
Cons: I was unable to access the working lounge advertised by Club Quarters. Breakfast prices in the Hotel seemed exorbitant. Go to Garfunkles next door.
Location: Right by Trafalgar Square in central London. Two blocks or so from the Thames
I recently had a short one night stay at this Hotel in the centre of London. The rooms are small although nicely laid out and appointed. It is literally about 100 or so feet from Trafalgar Square and it is hard to imagine being any closer. Great if you want to get out and do things however it is a busy place as well and not the place for you if you want to get away from crowds. Breakfast prices in the Hotel seemed exorbitant. I would go to Garfunkels next door which is much more reasonable..
