Pros: Location, clean
Everything ok but for the price, would have expected the staff to be more welcoming.

Comfortable hotel, perfect location!Posted Sep 14, 2014
The Club Quarters Trafalger Square was the perfect location for sightseeing and attending shows in the evening. The hotel is just blocks from the national Gallery, Westminster, and shows in the Picadilly Circus area. The room was decent size for London, and was comfortable and clean. The bathroom and amenities were fine, but definitely not 4 star. There was construction going on just outside our window, but thankfully it didn't start until about 9 AM. I would definitely stay here again - The location couldn't be better!

Great business-oriented hotel close to Trafalgar Square, the Thames, and Embankment underground station. Good wifi coverage, nice lobby bar, quiet room, everything one would need for a working trip in London.

Frequent guest at Club QuartersPosted Sep 8, 2014
Pros: Location, friendliness of staff, other amenities mentioned in the above experience section
Cons: Perfectly satisfied.
Location: Near Trafalgar square museums, in walking distance to Covent Garden, West End theaters, almost every underground line is within 5 minute walk.
Am a frequent guest at Club Quarters. Highly recommend this hotel for location, friendliness of staff, cleanliness of rooms, design of furniture, bath, availability of free internet and wifi. This trip I was frugal and only booked the small Club room. I would recommend booking the Standard size if you have luggage.

Convenience PlusPosted Sep 4, 2014
Pros: location , price, room size
Cons: modernize bathrooms / showers, install a mini fridge
The hotel is about as convenient as you get being 2 minutes walk to Trafalgar Square and 5 mins from Covent Garden. In the past we have stayed at the Stand Palace up the road from here . It's in the safe price bracket but the rooms are significantly larger than theirs, which is a major plus when you are travelling with suitcases and staying more than one night. The bathrooms are fine but a bit dated - shower curtains should be a thing of the past in hotels by now ( Strand Palace are newer, but very very small). There is no bar fridge to keep things cold.We had a double bed in a room fronting the main street and were not overly disturbed by noise as its double glazed. We did not eat there as there are so many places nearby to choose . Staff were helpful and pleasant. There is 1 washing machine and dryer for guests to use but you would need to be lucky and reasonably desparate to use it . Overall , bearing in mind the price bracket, we would stay there again.

Club Quarters Trafalgar SquarePosted Sep 4, 2014
Had a great experience at this hotel from Aug 25 through Aug 29. Great location within short walking distance of key London sights, Tube stations close by and many restaurants within easy walking distance. From our room window you could look directly at Trafalgar Square. Staff were very helpful and enabled check in 2 hours before posted time. Room was excellent. Air conditioning worked well and ability to open windows for fresh air was a bonus. Wifi worked without a hitch. Very quiet during night. Cot was ready for our son when we arrived and it was very comfortable as was our bed. We didn't eat at the restaurant or frequent the bar given all the choices close by. Overall an excellent experience.

Not recommended for non-smokersPosted Sep 1, 2014
Pros: Good location.
Cons: Needed some warning about the smoking room. Great if you do smoke, very unpleasant if not.
Hotel was okay. Good location, but we were given a smoking room. Had an ashtray in it and whole place smelt very strongly of cigarettes. Service was alright, although desk clerk was having an argument on the phone when we checked in and self checkout machine didn't work.

Good Location, Average HotelPosted Aug 28, 2014
Pros: Location, nothing else...
Location: Good location, walking distance of the Monarchic London
Its a hotel in Trafalgar Square, near all the attractions in London. Nothing special about it... staff not much helpful, room nothing special (no safe, no mini bar, limited TV channels, etc.)... the hotel smells bad (maybe because the rain)... I think is expensive comparing others hotel.
