excellent hotel

Club Quarters is situated in the heart of the City of London and walking distance from Bank and Liverpool St stations, as well as others. The rooms are well done, recently refurbished and spacious for central London. Guests have access to coffee and distilled water, which is a pleasant touch.

Pros: location, staff
Location: The Cross Keyes pub is next door
Excellent location. Very close to the Monument Tube Stop and walking distance to London Bridge. The staff was professional and friendly and my room was clean and comfortable. The fitness center was big enough to offer a little bit of everything. I love the free bottled water that is available as well.

Not for me

Posted Jun 8, 2014
The hotel reception is far too small having to move whilst checking in to let other guests in and out. Condition of hotel not good for price. There were bits of paper stuck yo wall advising of renovations but wall paper hanging from walls, carpets being torn up and then put back down. All not good. Would I stay here again. NO.

Comfortable Hotel in Central London

Posted Jun 4, 2014
Location: On nights and weekends, much is closed in the area, but the area is very peaceful then. It isn't too far to the action of bankside or the West End.
In recent months, I've stayed at both Club Quarters St. Paul and Club Quarters Gracechurch. I slightly prefer the St. Paul's location. It's nice to stay in the shadow of a landmark, many of the rooms there face a charming, secluded, historic courtyard, and the location is 10-15 minutes closer (on foot) to the West End. But the Gracechurch location is excellent also. Modern, comfortable rooms, larger than most central London rooms, right in the heart of the financial district. Mostly reliable, free WiFi. Tasty snacks available in the lobby/club room. Friendly, efficient staff. Very well designed hotel, intended for business but nice for a leisure stay as well. The small fitness room is decent also. And although very modern in its conveniences and appointments, the building has some character too.

Very friendly hotel close to Main attractions

Posted Jun 2, 2014
From the minute we walked in the door we couldn't have been made to feel more welcome, even though there was a mistake with the booking of one room they didn't make it a problem. We loved it that you could get lovely free selection of coffees, nuts etc at reception, normally in London this would cost a fortune and you could also get free bottles of water on each landing. We all would most definitely stay here again without a doubt.

Great city hotel in a convenient location

Posted May 26, 2014
Pros: The rooms were a good size for a central London hotel.
Cons: The decor is currently being updated
Location: Very convenient for most tube lines, which were just a few minutes walk away.
The hotel is going through a decor update so areas were tatty. The actual rooms were very good and the free fast broadband was useful. I would definitely stay in the hotel again. Quick check in/out.
