A clean, spacious suite in an outstanding locationPosted Apr 5, 2014
Pros: Location, spaciousness, full facilities, cleanliness and friendly/helpful staff.
Cons: Water pressure wasn't fantastic in the shower - but it is an older building, so not unexpected. Mattress could be a little less firm.
Location: Located close to Earl's Court - shopping/pubs/underground. Straight shot on the piccadilly line from Heathrow! Also close to museums.
I travelled to London with my husband and 9 year old daughter last week and we had the pleasure of staying at the Collingham Serviced apartments for 3 nights. The apartments are beautiful and nicely updated, the location is terrific - walking distance to shops, restaurants and 2 underground stations and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We had a small issue when checking in with regard to the rate Expedia had charged us (the check-in slip showed that we would have to pay an additional 30 GBP/night for the sofa bed) - but the manager said he would take it up with Expedia and didn't charge us. We really enjoyed the spacious suite and appreciated access to an unexpectedly large private outdoor terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a bosch washer/dryer combo and all of the appliances are new. The mattress was a bit harder than we are used to, but it didn't leave us with sore backs. On our next trip to London, we will absolutely stay here again.

Couldn't ask for more.Posted Apr 1, 2014
Pros: Location. Staff. Spacious rooms.
Cons: I can't think of anything.
Location: Very convenient to Gloucester Road and Earls Court tube stations. Easy walks to Victoria and Albert Museum, Natural History Museum and Hyde Park.
We were in and out of London and had three different stays and three different rooms over course of 9 days. Every room was different. All were spacious, clean and in excellent repair. Staff could not have been more helpful, friendly or intent on insuring our satisfaction. We could have spent a lot more, but I really don't think we could have done any better. Highly recommend.

Comfortable home away from home.Posted Mar 29, 2014
Pros: Location, cleanliness and full kitchen
Cons: Sofabed in livingroom was quite uncomfortable.
Location: The Collingham is easy walking distance from Earl's Court tube station. Lots of food choices and grocery, pharmacy, bank and post office right there.
Spent a week in London with 2 adults and 3 teenagers. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on the 5th floor. The Collingham was a great base, easy to get to, on a quiet street and with all the facilities we needed. Very nice to have a full kitchen and groceries, pubs and post office readily available right by the local transit stops. The staff were helpful and very pleasant.

Great for families.Posted Mar 23, 2014
Very nice, though not modern, accommodations. Just a few blocks from the Glouchester tube station. Helpful staff. Upgraded from one to two bedroom unit without additional charge. This was a great place to stay and serve as a base for exploring London. Would definitely return.

Fantastic Apartments in a beautiful areaPosted Mar 18, 2014
Pros: There is nothing to dislike. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and always happy to help, and the location is ideal.
Location: There are 3 tube stations within easy walking distance of the Apartments-Earls Court, Gloucester Road and South Kensington. Closest is Gloucester Road
We stayed at the Colliongham serviced Apartments as we brought tickets for the Ideal home show at Earls Court. The Apartments are only a few minutes walk from Earls Court and Tube stations to get into the Centre of London. The Staff were very friendly and even though we arrived at 10.30am and check in is not supposed to be until 2, our room was ready and we were able to check in before heading off to Earls Court. The Apartment was spotlessly clean and everything you can expect from an apartment in Kensington, Bright, and surprisingly spacious. We had been left a box of chocolates and a bottle of Red wine which was a very nice touch. The Apartments have all the facilities you could need, even a washing machine in the fully fitted kitchen Area. Amazing accomodation in a great location.

Lovely accommodation in charming neighborhood.Posted Jan 27, 2014
Pros: Very central location but on a quiet street - lovely staff and beautiful apartment.
Cons: The bathroom was piping hot from an unknown heating source - felt like a sauna.
Location: Close to the tube and lots of little shops and restaurants - close to all the central attractions with out all the tourists.
We had a lovely stay in the little apartment and were looked after very well by the staff. Spacious and nicely decorated in a quiet area of Kensignton.

very convenient hotel with very pleasant staffPosted Jan 14, 2014
Pros: staff are so nice and friendly
Location: close to all the museums of south Kensington and transport right on your doorstep
we did not have good room location so even though it was spotlessly clean I cannot give it top marks, it was in the basement area next to the laundry room and even though the washing machines and dryer were not on late at night it was noisy enough to not allow us to have a rest in the afternoon.
