Had a two bedroom apartment with a small gardenPosted Apr 20, 2015
Apartment was nice and worked well for me and my two teenage daughters. About a 5 minute walk from the Underground and supermarket and restaurants in a nice and quiet part of London. About 15 minutes from Hyde Park and some museums. Beverly is great and helped us immensely with our stay.

Your own The Royals episodePosted Apr 17, 2015
In short, these are very well arranged apartments with a classic decor and up to date amenities. The building's architecture is as impressive as the neighbourhood of Siuth Kendington is. Transportation, 24 convenience , shopping, restaurants and most of London's poshest addresses are within walking distance. A small reception with round the clock service to cater to your every need and magnificent garden views, the place is simply set to make it your own The Royals episode, alone, with family or as a couple for any length is stay. This my 12th visit over the years and certainly crave going back with great memories

A great place to stayPosted Apr 11, 2015
Pros: Spacious rooms. Well appointed apartments.
Cons: Furniture is a bit tired and dated. IT does appear that they re working on this as carpets are in the process of being replaced
Location: Great location, close to all amenities of Kensington and Chelsea but in a quiet street.
The apartments are in a great location and staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment was large and roomy though a bit dated. It appears they are replacing carpets etc so rooms to appear to be in the process of being updated. I would certainly consider staying there again. We also used the car service on numerous occasions and it was very competitive when compared to cab fares, I would recommend it as well.

Nice serviced apartment in great location.Posted Mar 5, 2015
Pros: Location, comfort, cleanliness, and very roomy for London accommodation.
Cons: Plumbing was a little noisy at night but quiet after midnight.
Location: Great location, close to two tube stations, plenty of pubs and restaurants and within walking distance of Natural History Museum.
We decided to stay in a serviced apartment rather than a hotel so that we could cook for ourselves occasionally and catch up on our laundry. Very happy with our decision and the quality of the apartment was better than usual for central London.

Comfortable stay. The sofa bed was not comfortable in the room. The mattress kept sinking in. Good value for money.

Excellent Well Located ApartmentPosted Feb 5, 2015
Pros: The apartment
Cons: Heating - turn it down!
Location: 5 mins from Earl's Court underground
Second time I've stayed here and very good again. Comfortable and quiet apartment. Helpful staff and nice welcome gift consisting of wine, chocolates and newspaper. Personally, I would prefer fresh milk and perhaps orange juice, instead of the wine, but there was no need to provide anything so don't wish to sound churlish! It was a very kind gesture. Only criticism is that it was too hot - like last time in fact. Turned off all the radiators but still needed the fan on. Such a shame as it was the only fault and they would save money on heating as well!

Pleasantly surprised.Posted Jan 18, 2015
Pros: The location, the staff.
Cons: The furniture could be a little better.
Location: Quiet, residential but near all sorts of transportation and convenience stores.
We were given a free upgrade to a HUGE suite. It couldn't have been more pleasant nor more comfortable. The staff is genuinely friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. The location is lovely, quiet, and within easy walking distance to two tube stations and varied shopping.
