Excellent staff!Posted Apr 22, 2015
Pros: Absolutely brilliant staff, great value for money, close to The Tube, and very very comfortable beds.
Cons: There were quite a few small problems in the room, dodgy TV remote, temperamental water supply, rusty bath, etc. Nothing major!
Location: Good transport links, nice and quick to get to the Tube.
All staff we met during our stay were friendly and would do anything to help, the reception manager who checked us in went out of his way to book us a taxi at an excellent rate. You certainly get what you pay for, the room was decent and very comfortable but obviously budget. Very, very comfortable beds and staff were happy to bring up an extra pillow at 3 am! The only negatives I can think of are that there was no cold water and spotty hot water for the entire duration of our stay (however I was refunded £15 on our check out for this), and the walls are so thin we could hear the entire conversation the next door neighbours enjoyed at 4 am. The complimentary breakfast was basic, but everything was nice, exactly what you'd expect - bacon, fried & scrambled eggs, baked beans, sausages, cereals, yogurt etc. Not much hot for veggies but can't you complain when it's free! The room decor was also basic, but again you get what you pay for, and it was all spotlessly clean. The bath was rusty so we decided not to use it, the TV remote only worked when 1 inch from the screen, lots of little niggly things.

Splendid for a short breakPosted Mar 29, 2015
Pros: Firstly, the quietness of the rooms, great for a good nights sleep. And I loved the buffet breakfast in the morning. Friendly staff too.
Location: Well, I was down visiting friends so wasn't hoping to do sightseeing. But the location is good. Only a short bus ride to Finchley centre.
I only stayed in the hotel for 4 days, but during that stay I was made to feel comfortable.

polite staff, clean room. It's not the Ritz, but it's good quality and a fair price.

Super godt hotel til prisenPosted Nov 2, 2014 on Hotels.com

Bit far from LOndon centralPosted Oct 20, 2014 on Hotels.com
Hotel and room were fine, nothing special. A bus ride to the tube station (East Finchley). The reception staff were very helpful. Breakfast was a bit haphazard with staff commenting that too many people had come down together - they just about coped.
