Very convenient for all sight seeing

Posted Jun 27, 2014
Pros: Well organised and comfortable also very welcoming.
Cons: Cannot suggest anything.
Location: Queensway underground close by for all destinations around the London sights.
Very welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Although the room was extremely small it was quite adequate for my single useage. It was quiet, had good facilities and I enjoyed my very short stay.

Small but clean and quiet in good location.

Small rooms but comfy beds with modern en-suite. Good basic breakfast included in price. Close to tube station and opposite Kensington Gardens. I would stay here again.

Great location in London

Posted Apr 28, 2014
Pros: The staff was very genial and helpful.
Location: It's across the street from Hyde Park and numerous good restaurants in the area.
The hotel room was small, but the location - close to three tube stations - makes it worthwhile.

Not bad for budget hotel

Posted Apr 14, 2014
Tiny room with not much space for suitcases but we knew it would be that way. We did have one 'problem' where our shower didn't work the second day and we had to switch rooms. Our second room was actually quite a bit bigger, but was in the basement so we could hear the Tube passing. We tried to ask the staff about restaurant recommendations and information about getting to Gatwick, and they were unable to help with either one. The location was good. Close to two different metro entrances and a bus stop, and we enjoyed a walk around Hyde Park when we first got there after our long travel. I would stay here again for what it was.

Quiet hotel good location

Pros: Location
Cons: We may have been unlucky, but our room was too small for two people
Location: The hotel was two streets away from Queensway, the main road through Bayswater, where you eat and drink. We spent most of our time away from the hotel
Stayed for 4 nights. The room was small with the bed up against the wall making coming and going for two difficult. Although there was a kettle and cups, there was no glasses in the bathroom. This was also very small and you had to get out of the shower to properly dry yourself and it was impossible for two people to be in the bathroom at the same time. The location, however was excellent with two different tube stations just around the corner. The continental breakfast was good, but as the dining room was small, it could get a little crowded.

Small but very nice hotel

Location: Great location in Hyde Park. Direct access to Hyde Park, 1 minute to Central Line tube station "Queensway", one road to Oxford Street.
We booked one of the 'small' rooms for 5 nights. It was a very nice stay, very comfortable and quiet, perfect for a good sleep when being on holidays. The breakfast was continental but very nice, plenty of fruits, fruit yogurts, marmelades, fresh bread, packed cheese bites and small kellogg's packs.

Comfortable hotel in a great location.

I had to choose between a cruise or a visit to London and I ended up with both. We visited London and we stayed at the Comfort Inn which was a great value but the rooms and the hallway were cruise ship size. Other than that we were very pleased with our stay. The location was excellent. Conveniently located near Marble Arch across the street from Hyde Park. It is close to the subway, many bus lines and even the hop on hop off bus routes. The hotel looks like it was recently refurbished. There was an elevator, clean rooms with a nice new bathroom. There was even a towel warmer which was great for drying wet coats. Nice comfortable queen sized bed. Air conditioned. Flat screen TV. Free WiFi. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The continental breakfast was more than adequate. Fresh brewed coffee, croissants, cereal, toast, yogurts and fresh fruit. Great value.
