We couldant sleep over the night was hot 27 * and stack not working I tray many time around 2am then I switch off and I open the window and this happing many time when I was stay in it he same plc holiday inn express Thanks

We stayed overnight as we were going to a gig at the 02 academy, perfect place! Could not fault our stay, staff were friendly and offered places to eat and booked us a taxi to the venue, on the way back we decided we wanted late checkout and after some uhming and ahing on our part about weather or not to get it the staff member gave us the late checkout for free! The room was excellent, comfy and king sized bed, a roomy bathroom and extra room space. Would 100% come here again

The hotel looked modern and new. The room was nice and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was okay, a bit small and the toilet was hard to flush sometimes. The breakfast was good, nice assortment of scrabbled eggs, sausage, croissants, toast, cereals, and good coffees. The reception was nice. The only downside was there was no computer to print.

Excellent service
We stayed for 10 days and would definitely recommend staying there. The rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable after long days of walking. I know the hotel was packed, yet we never heard noise coming from the other rooms. Check in and check out were quick and easy. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was the same for the 10 days we were there: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, fruit, juices, coffee, tea, milk, porridge, cereals, granola, toast, mini muffins, croissants.

Not recommended for extended stay. Maybe for overnight it’s tolerable. There is no room to navigate. No table and chairs. One small chair for one person to sit in and very uncomfortable. Very confined area. I will never again pay the full ‘no refund’ for the discount. It’s not worth the risk! There is no way to know what you are getting. Then you lose it if you are not satisfied. You have no recourse and They will not work with you to make you happy with your stay. I would definitely not stay here again. I do not think the location is that great. They don’t leave a coffee or tea bar out during the day either. It’s very minimal. I would not give this a positive rating that others have.

The noise after 10pm was horrendous. We could hear dripping water from what I presume was showers in nearby rooms. Slamming doors, and people were very loud.

Stay was good, apart from the fact i was asked to pay a deposit for some reason, and if it did it by card it would take 10 days for money to be refunded. Thus i decided to pay by cash, but staff were reluctant to give me a receipt for it, trust works both ways!

The staff was so kind. We had an overnight flight and landed very early they weren’t able to let us check in at 10:30 when we arrived however at noon when we returned there was a room available for us. Location was ideal, close to the vauxhall underground stop. USE THE METRO. Safe walk to and from, even at night. Cute little restaurant at the corner, the women are so nice in there and they have great prices. Had a twin room. Beds and pillows were alright, the comforters are an odd size. Overall the place was great and I would stay again!

Great hotel for US Embassy
This is an excellent hotel for just 90 pounds sterling we needed to be near US Embassy, needed to have on site parking, needed to be safe, clean and near to a restaurant, holiday inn express ticked all those boxes, it is well serviced with smiling staff, oh and a hot breakfast plus coffee in rooms, excellent.
