Reasonably Priced HotelPosted Mar 4, 2014
Pros: Location for our requirements this visit.
Cons: Smells in the corridors. Food smells but also another smell in the stairwell area. ? What.
Location: We were going to Apollo Victoria theatre so perfect for this.
Good value. Reasonable breakfast. Comfortable beds. Some cooking smells but to be expected as the rooms have kitchenettes. Good location.

Excellent location in VictoriaPosted Feb 23, 2014
Pros: Convenience to stations/shops/Westminster Cathedral. Amazing breakfast - healthy change from big, greasy, cooked breakfast in most hotels.
Cons: Can only think of net curtains on the ground floor as it is so close to the street!
Location: Shops, stations to everywhere, Westminster cathedral, Buckingham Palace etc.
I have stayed at Comfort Inn Victoria previously mainly for convenience to Victoria stations. On this trip, I arrived too early for check-in but was offered for my luggage to be stored to enable me to go out for the rest of the day. The Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. I booked on-line and requested a particular room which I was allocated on the day. My room had everything I needed and looked recently refurbished. On the day of departure I waited in the lobby for some hours for my airport transfer (booked by the receptionist for me) - this enabled me to see how other guests were treated. I was amazed at the patience of the receptionists! Again I was able to store my luggage for the day.

Overpriced for what we got.Posted Feb 2, 2014
Pros: It's location.
Cons: Please see above
Location: Victoria train & coach station which are very central stations. They took us all across London. Walking distance to Hyde park, Buckingham palace, etc.
We booked this hotel as it was in the perfect location for the two of us. When we arrived, we were sent to a dirty room which had not been cleaned yet, then moved to another room which was extremely tiny. We were expecting a small room but this shocked us a bit as it was literally a double bed and nothing else. Once our suitcase were open there was no room left. The room's safe didn't work and there was mould in the bathroom. We were only given one towel for two people for the first night and the Internet which was included when we booked wasn't given to us. After having to ask for it, it didn't work and had to get it replaced four times. The staff were generally friendly but there was a few who were extremely rude. We were very patient at the start with these issues but by the end the small things kept adding up and we couldn't wait to leave. Can't say we would stay here again.

NICE CLEAN HOTEL WITH GREAT ACCESSPosted Jan 4, 2014
THIS IS MY 2ND STAY AT THE HOTEL AND IT WAS AN EXTREMELY PLEASANT ONE AS BEFORE. ACCESSIBILITY TO BOTH THE COACH AND TUBE STATIONS MAKE TRAVELLING TO AND FROM THE HOTEL EXTREMELY CONVENIENT.

Comfortable Comfort InnPosted Dec 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
Good Value €79 for 1 night includes continental buffet breakfast with plenty of food and choice. The room was very big, clean and comfortable. There is some traffic noise but you will always get that in a city centre hotel. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff (except for 1 grouchy cleaner) were lovely including the maintenance man. The location was very central. It was a three minute walk to Victoria Mainline station. Overall I was very impressed with this hotel. I would recommend it and stay again.

quality vs. pricePosted Dec 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
Considering this was just a 'inn',it was not bad. But, considering the price,it was not that much worth.

Simple but convenientPosted Nov 22, 2013
Pros: Location, Free Internet, price/comfort ratio
Cons: Rooms haven't been renovated for a while. There is no real restaurant if you wanted something late at night.
Location: Close to the Victoria Station, so you should prefer Gatwick, which has a direct train to the station. You can reach many of the London attractions
I stayed at the Comfort Inn Victoria for a few days. It is relatively close to the Victoria train station and the Vistoria Underground. One problem was that there is a major maintenance activity in the area around the station and reaching the hotel or the station is a bit tricky and not trivial. Rooms are spacious and there is a very good free Internet in the room (don't forget to ask for a user ID/passwd per device since it can not be shared between devices). There is no minibar in the room but there is one in the lobby which you can buy drinks from (limited choice). Heating works remarkably well. Simple breakfast available, but no lunch or dinner. However, it is close to the main streets where you can find lots of alternatives to eat at. All in all a good experience for a relatively reasonable price for London.
