Lovery hotel across from Hyde Park.Posted Nov 23, 2014
Pros: Nice location, value for the price.
Location: Hyde Park is great for daily runs
It is close to both bus stop an tube. The room was a very nice size for the price and housekeeping was very good. The staff was friendly and the food was good. Enjoyed the piano playing. I will return on my next trip.

Shopping in LondonPosted Nov 20, 2014
Pros: Clean and efficient
Cons: We had to pay a business rate in November and was offered much cheaper in December.
Location: Close to central London and underground.
A good base to stay for central London shopping, theatre and night life.

Good location, tired hotelPosted Nov 19, 2014
Cons: A lot
Location: Hyde park, Oxford street and close to tour buses
The location of the hotel is good but the hotel itself could do with a revamp. The room was small and smelt of damp. Our booking did not include breakfast but this could be rectified by paying £18 each at the time,or if booked the night before £15. We had breakfast the first morning but the lack of toast and cold beans put us off from trying it again.

Hotel good. Ideal location. Room disappointing.Posted Nov 19, 2014
Pros: Ideal location for exploring central London. Close to underground station. 24hr room service if required. Friendly staff.
Cons: Rate rooms according to size comfort etc.
Location: The Swan,a 300 yr old pub next door serves real ale. Restaurants/shops walking distance. Across the road from Hyde Park... what more could you want.
We have stayed here several times before and have been very satisfied, but sadly on this occasion we were disappointed with our room. It was a small bedroom with limited space in the bathroom area, there was hardly enough room to shut the door when using the toilet. Also the room had little natural light coming in making it necessary to have the lights on all the time. As we were booked in for 3 nights we asked if we could be moved to another room, but were advised by staff at the hotel reception, that the hotel was fully booked. We woudn't be happy about staying again unless we could ring the hotel direct and reserve a larger room. It did spoil our overall customer experience this time.

Ok, Room SmallPosted Nov 18, 2014
Cons: Don't double charge!
Ok, room small, no bath. Doubled charged me even though I'd paid via Expedia, waiting refund. Hotel pleasant enough though.

Almost a capsule hotelPosted Nov 17, 2014
Location: Near Bayswater
Room is much too small to enjoy. No space for a large suitcase and wardrobe is a joke.

Ok hotel but could use improvementPosted Nov 6, 2014
Room small Bathroom fittings damaged or loose. Bath way too high, not sure how this is compliant Carpets dirty Dust on blinds Walls very thin and as such you can hear everything going on around you. Unfortunately our room was just off the lift lobby.

Bed is too soft and small for a double, service isn't a 4 star hotel standard .

Really central with great public transportPosted Nov 3, 2014
For a hotel so central to London sites and across from Hyde Park this hotel is great. My husband and 3 year old stayed in an executive family room and we were really impressed with the staff, location and room. For the price we paid we didnt expect the rooms to be as big as they are, this is London after all. We had to ask for a mini fridge and a fuse went in our room leaving us no lights, however this was dealt with swiftly by the helpful, friendly staff. We didnt eat there as it was pretty pricey and there is a lot cheaper nearby.
