This hotel is within walking distance of Victoria Hospital. The rooms are very soundproof. Couldn't even hear the toliet flush in the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was one of the best hotels that we have stayed at. It was better than some of the five star hotels. We will stay here again. I was a little disappointed that the whirlpool was not working. But the staff was working on it.

This hotel is absolutely perfect. We got great pricing through expedia, the room was large and clean, bathroom was clean, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Friendly and professionally run hotel. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Awesome bang for the buck. Great location...not in with the clutter of all the other hotels and the mall, but 5 minutes from south London shopping area, and 5 minutes from downtown. Friendly staff. I've stayed in lots of hotels in that price range and this one was by far the most impressive. I didn't use the pool, so I can't comment on that.
