Nice hotel, close to amenities

Posted Feb 20, 2015
Pros: The breakfast brunch was excellent, it was included in the nights stay and had lots of selection
Cons: Our room was above the pool and we could hear kids screaming, that part was annoying
Location: Just off Wellington where all the shopping and restaurants are.
Very friendly staff, spacious rooms, would definetly stay again.

Hotel not just for Hospital visitors

Posted Feb 13, 2015
I stayed here for a few days while visiting London. This hotel caters to people that are there to visit the Victoria Hospital located just across the street. It feels homey, has a complete breakfast buffet and a lovely pool with long hours next to a fitness room. Cookies on the front desk when you feel like it completes the feel of this little gem of a hotel a bit off the beaten path but still very very convenient - Just off of Wellington, free parking, free wifi and 5 min drive from downtown London. I will stay here again.

Clean and nice hotel

Posted Feb 11, 2015
Pros: The wi-fi connection and the location. The breakfast area was well maintained. I also enjoyed the complementary coffee and tea near the front desk.
Cons: The person at the reception was initially very friendly, but her attitude changed once I had some concerns with the room and requested for a change.
Location: It is situated in a fairly quiet area. Very close to the general hospital. Grocery store and coffee shop located in close vicinity.
My stay was for 2 days. The room was clean and comfortable. The wi- fi connection was excellent . Never had a problem unlike in many other hotels that I have stayed. There was ample towels provided and the toiletries were of good quality. The breakfast had a good . Room rate is a little overpriced.

I Would Stay Here Again

Posted Feb 10, 2015
Pros: Staff was very welcoming, excellent breakfast, lots of free parking, centrally located, clean rooms, indoor pool
Cons: Rooms could be slightly updated, but not bad for the price
Location: Centrally located about 10 min drive from downtown, close to lots of food choices, about 15 min from 401, close to Victoria Hospital
This hotel was a great bang for the buck. The room wasn't anything fancy, but was very clean and not too dated. The FREE continental breakfast was EXCELLENT. Free parking for all, and free cookies. Front desk lady was very, very welcoming and nice. I stay at a lot of hotels in London, and this is by far one of the better experiences I have had.

Exactly what we were looking for

Posted Feb 5, 2015
We were in London for a hockey tournament and needed a comfortable yet relatively inexpensive place to stay, and this was exactly what we got. There is a small pool for the kids and the room was clean and comfortable yet nothing special. There is a complimentary breakfast that is not gourmet, but hit the spot just fine before heading out for the day.

London, ON Stopover

Posted Jan 25, 2015
We wanted to break up the trip from Grand Rapids, MI to Rochester, NY so we decided to stay in London, On and the choice was a good one. Ground floor room close to exit. Staff was very helpful in finding dinner restaurant and called ahead so they literally greeted us at the door. Clean room no noise and we were surprised to see how many families were at the breakfast. Nice experience.
