Convenient location

Posted Aug 26, 2014
The staff were extremely easant and helpful But the furniture in the room was what I would expect to see in a student dormitory Chipped and worn desk so large you could not get past it unless chair was pushed underneath Windows dirty Bathroom clean and well outfitted

Perfect Choice

Posted Aug 25, 2014
Pros: See above.
Cons: Nothing of any importance.
Location: See above.
The hotel is attractive, the staff service is excellent, rooms are comfortable and very up to date, the Tube is literally across the street and there are approximately 10 restaurants within a block...plus major grocery store, convenience grocery store, money exchange, etc. This hotel really was the perfect choice.

Great tube location and breakfast

Posted Aug 24, 2014
Great location to tube. Hotel was right across the street from Gloucester road stop. Minutes away from many points of interest. Breakfast was a bargain--the only one we found in London. Worth the additional amount we paid to have it included. Kensington is residential so it is a great location for families--steps away from Kensington park and great pubs and restaurants.

Nice hotel in a great central area

Posted Aug 24, 2014
Pros: Very friendly & helpful staff. Close to all amenities.
Cons: The decor is a little tired & the air conditioning took a little while to get going.
Location: Gloucester rd station is across the road. The Natural history, science museum & the N&A museum are only a block away. Try Paul for breakfast.
Great hotel close to all amenities, Gloucester Rd tube station across the road & within walking distance to the museums. The room decor is a little tired, however the beds are very comfy giving a great nights sleep. Have used this hotel prior to this occasion & will be using again.

Perfect location for the museums

Posted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: Welcoming, clean and comfortable
Cons: Room smelt a bit musty, not a major problem though
Location: Right on the main Cromwell Road, near Gloucester Road tube and the Natural History and Science museums
Wanted a room for the pair of us and our lthree year old. Got a nice room with two double beds for a good price. All the staff were lovely, hotel was clean and welcoming and in the perfect place for a visit to all the museums the following day. highly recommended

Excellent London location

Posted Aug 14, 2014
Pros: The location and the quality of accommodation
Cons: Nothing visible at all
Location: Excellent location - 1 minutes walk from Gloucestor Road Underground, on the Big Bus (open top tour bus) route
Located just a minutes walk from Gloucester Road Underground, the Crowne Plaza London - Kensington, provides the ideal base for exploring London. I was staying with 3 children (teenagers) and we had a family room which was comfortable, very clean and of a good size. The staff on reception and at the concierge desk were more than helpful - nothing was ever any trouble. This hotel looks the part, good quality with helpful staff and in a really good, central location. An all round winner.

Nice hotel close to the Underground

Posted Aug 11, 2014
Pros: Good location; plenty of restaurants & bakeries in the area. Nice porters.
Cons: Employees in the on-site restaurant seemed confused; language barrier. Breakfast buffet quite overpriced.
Location: Great proximity to the Tube. Wonderful little French bakery across the street.
Had a slight misunderstanding when booking about how big the room was going to be for four people, but size was tolerable for two nights. Porters and desk people were attentive and accommodating. Chose not to eat in the hotel's restaurant because of prices and difficulty communicating with the employees there. Liked the proximity to the Underground.

Convenient, clean, and a pleasant stay

Posted Aug 9, 2014
After just staying in the crowne plaza in Paris, I was apprehensive as how this hotel would be. However I was pleasantly surprised at how modern and new the hotel was. The bathroom and room were newly decorated, clean and spacious. The location is convenient, as it's right across the street from a tube station. I would stay here again,
