“Stay”
Quality good, location good. Relatively easy access. Attendance good and extremely friendly people.
“enjoyable stay”
King superior accomodation was very spacious. Room service was great for our daily breakfast. Staff was most courteous and helpful. St. James Tube station was a short walk from the hotel.
“Great hotel, excellent location and unbeatable price...”
Hands down, this hotel exceeded my expections. The staff were very helpful and accomodating. They gave us great directions and even assisted us when we left our camera in our cab by calling the Lost Property office and filing a lost property report on our behalf. The lobby is very elegant and upscale and the restaurants were as well. The rooms are older, however, very well maintained. They were clean and had everything you would expect from a great hotel. Room service we order one evening also exceeded our expections as cost was reasonable and portions were of good size. All in all, I definitely would recommend anyone to stay here as we had a fabulous experience and will book there again in the future.
“Definately Return”
The Crowne Plaza London St. James is so Centraly located it is walking distants to a lot of the Sights. I did not have to take the bus or the Tube.

Overall, this hotel was a great place. Excellent location near the tube. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Within walking distance of Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, and Buckingham Palace.
“Buckingham Palace Hotel-Will rebook”
The location is convenient for Buckingham Palace. Hotel staff go above and beyond. Little difficult to find rooms as they wind around a gorgeous courtyard. Truly a great stay- we will go back.

“Great location w/ Crowne Hotel Quality”
The location of the hotel is great. Just a few minutes walk from Buckingham Palace, Westminster, Big Ben, and the Thames. The staff were friendly and receptive. We arrived early and were allowed to check-in immediately. The hotel was undergoing some renovation, but the amenities were still quite nice. There are several neighborhood pubs that I would recommend over the hotel restaurant.
“Perfect location”
We couldn't ask for a better location--we were able to walk to almost anywhere we wanted to go, and there were lots of pubs and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious by London standards, but we wished we had an easy chair. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and we enjoyed the view out onto the courtyard with its very pleasant outdoor restaurant seating.
