“A hidden West London gem”

This hotel is in less than 15 minutes of tube ride from Heathrow. Then couple city blocks to the hotel from the Central Hounslow tube station (across the road and to the left). Ideal for a sleepover between flights through London. The neighborhood is quiet, feels safe, and is replete with shops and restaurants - ranging from rather fancy to very inexpensive. Most people I saw on the street appeared to be students from a nearby college. Hotel itself is modern (for London), clean, and functional. Hotel staff was very accommodating and quick. Rooms rather large (for UK) and very quiet. Yet rates were not exorbitant as is the case with some other hotels on the Piccadilly line I stayed in before. I stayed there twice and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Dining

As you walk from the hotel lobby out to the street, cross the street and turn right. In about three city blocks you'll encounter a street running perpendicular to your path, with great many shops and restaurants.

“Cheap price explains all”

Close to the underground but on the outskirts of London (at least a 30 minute ride from the city center). Avoid if you are trying to make connections with airports, trains, etc. early in the morning. The underground was not open (until 6:30 A.M.) and we had to take a taxi over to the city center (not convenient). The room was right next to a meeting room which lasted until 2 AM in the morning. The room needed new carpeting, paints, etc. Did not provide much (basic two pillows and a blanket). Service was ok all things considered. They tried their best. The price said it all but if you aren't doing things in the morning, then it's a decent place to stay.

“Very convenient to bus and train service”

While the surrounding neighborhood is anything but posh, the hotel is ideally located for a quick dash into London Central or to Heathrow. There is also good bus service nearby. Plenty of shops and restaurants (especially Indian and Middle Eastern). The hotel is well-equipped and comfortable, and for London quite affordable. The only negative would be the moderate airplane noise during the daytime as the jets are landing right over your head!

“Pretty good deal”

We stayed 8 nights. Staff was helpful altho they didn't have all our answers immediately. But they did respond well. The only real issue we had was we were in a disability room which we were not thrilled with and the hotel was at capacity so we couldnt really change rooms. The disability room in Hounslow had a mini-sized basin which we hated, and a shower with water which was not as hot or as streaming as we would have liked. Other than these things, we were happy with our stay there.

“Great hotel for the price!”

This is a great hotel if you need access to the aiport. It is basically right outside the subway. It was clean and in a nice area.

“Surprisingly good quality”

The surrounding neighborhood is not so hot but the hotel is very close to the underground station. The hotel itself is clean, quite modern, and fairly priced.

“Great Hotel in great location”

we went to London right after the Royal wedding and could not find any affordable Hotelroom in London. We found this hotel which to our surprise is newly build/renovated, with great front-desk-people, a nice restaurant and bar, and in walking distance to the tube. 40 Minutes to Picadilly (no changing of trains), 5 minutes to Heathrow airport. Just perfect!

“Affordable place to stay”

My wife and I spent a few days in London after a 10 day trip to Italy. We were looking for an affordable place to stay that was convenient to central London. This property was clean, affordable, and the service was great. We took the Underground to and from LHR and down to all the sites. It was a 30 - 40 minute ride with all the stops...not bad.

“Great Value!”

Free wifi, very clean room, and close enough to London, only 45 minutes on the tube and you're downtown. Highly recommended.
